For the ladies...Is there anywhere on Allure of the Seas to buy a cute bathing suit? I know there are many stores onboard.

This is great hearing everyone's Superbowl Cruise stories! Makes it even more exciting to be watching on the Allure this year. I will be sure to post back about my experience along with some pictures!

We were on the Freedom several years ago, the year the Patriots were undefeated. We watched in the cabin for awhile and then went to dinner .... since 'of course they would win since they hadn't lost a game all season', right? WRONG! We finished dinner and went to where they were showing it at some lounge, can't remember which to catch the rest of the game when they LOST AT THE VERY END!!! AAARRUUUGGGHHH!!! Couldn't believe it! New York fans were wild! (and some not so very nice, I might add ... 'just sayin' LOL!) Out in the middle of the ocean I swear I could hear my die hard Pats Fan Son in Law screaming from his house in FL!!! One Super Bowl we won't forget! Enjoy and have fun! :)
I remember that game. I was rooting for the Patriots. That was in 2007 and they went 16-0. Being from Michigan, I will always root for Brady (unless they are playing my Lions...lol)! The Pats had a great offensive line that year...Randy Moss and Wes Welker, Kevin Faulk, Laurence Maroney. Not sure if another team will do that again.
Can't wait for Feb 1st!!

I will be on the February 1st sailing on the Allure of the Seas which embarks on a 7 night Eastern Caribbean on Superbowl Sunday. Has anyone watched the Superbowl on the Allure or a Royal Caribbean ship before? If so, what should I expect? Is it a big Superbowl party?

But it also said that the child could have been submerged from 5-10 minutes. I don't think that would be possible on the flowrider? Someone would be right there to pick them up???
EDIT: I believe the statement about "one surfer" was added by the OP, as it is not written in the actual article that you can view with the link that the OP provided.
@OfTheSeasCruiser - The author of the article must have edited it from the original post on the Sun Sentinel. I copied the article directly from the webpage and provided the link. I did not add or change anything. I guess its a living article. If you look at the article in the original link, it now has a time of 1:50pm. So it seems that it has been updated.

Thanks for the reply mates! The cruise I will be on in Feb has a port of call in St. Thomas. Hopefully it will not be a bad experience. Did you try any of the specialty restaurants?

I will be on the Allure soon. What was your favorite thing about the ship? How was the Windjammer on Allure? Also, how were the lines and crowds? Thanks.

Best Excursions for Southern Caribbean
in Ask a Cruise Question

You can either take the excursion through Royal Caribbean at $35 per person or you can use a taxi to get there on your own. Taking a taxi is much cheaper but just keep in mind that you need to get back to the ship on time.
I have attached a pic from the Royal Caribbean excursion book that I picked up onboard the Allure of the Seas. Its the Magens Bay beach getaway. It may be hard to read...you can also go to the RCCL website and look at the excursion there.
