Does anyone know if random covid testing is mandatory once you are on the cruise ship ? leaving jan 2nd on the Equinox

Sailing on the celebrity constellation in feb and we are from Canada, tried to order the covid test from abbot bionax on the Optum store but they do not ship to Canada so I tried to have it sent to my sisters address in Las Vegas however I cant pay for it with my credit card as the billing address and shipping address are different ...basicly they will not except my credit card for payment....any suggestions ? thx in advance
