  1. The booking of casino offers on line is new, and it is clear that the reps don't know how to handle these anomalies (ie not connected to a promo code). I was given the email address of a 'supervisor' and I sent the screen shots of what I am seeing when I book, but again, no response. I expect we will continue to get the runaround until those cruises have long sailed. There may be some discussions going on behind the scene: Is the financial impact of the glitch to be carried by the casino, or by Princess who manages the IT? Maybe once they get that sorted out, we will hear back.
  2. I did call again (another 2 hrs) and was promised to receive a call back (again) and did not. Did they contact you?
  3. Thanks for your input sandsunsurf I kept saying that there have to be other people experiencing this. I am still waiting to hear back from Princess on this issue. I did receive a courtesy call that they were still working on it, and the expiry date on my hold for this cruise has now been extended until Mar 7th. I took screen shots along the way, and offered them up, but was told not to send any. I was asked several times what offer I was booking against, but I really can't tell from the website. I am very glad I put a hold on it rather than paying outright to find out afterwards that Princess Plus wasn't included. I expect they will simply just say no, and really I don't have the fortitude to take it any further. In the end, I will probably still book this cruise without Princess Plus, as it is a bucket list cruise for a good price.
  4. The website is truly glitchy these past few days. Last night I spent 2 hrs on the phone with Princess, with no resolution. I had seen a great deal and made a reservation, selecting Princess Plus, and verified that Princess Plus was on the listed 'applied promos', but when I received the booking confirmation a few minutes later, the Princess Plus benefits were not there. I tried again with another booking this morning, and the same thing happened. Now I am locked out of my account. I think they are working on it. I am not optimistic that they will honor the original quote, but will post here again if they do.
