Thanks for your input sandsunsurf I kept saying that there have to be other people experiencing this.
I am still waiting to hear back from Princess on this issue. I did receive a courtesy call that they were still working on it, and the expiry date on my hold for this cruise has now been extended until Mar 7th. I took screen shots along the way, and offered them up, but was told not to send any. I was asked several times what offer I was booking against, but I really can't tell from the website. I am very glad I put a hold on it rather than paying outright to find out afterwards that Princess Plus wasn't included.
I expect they will simply just say no, and really I don't have the fortitude to take it any further. In the end, I will probably still book this cruise without Princess Plus, as it is a bucket list cruise for a good price.
