I am booked on the Seaside May 18th for my first MSC cruise.  So far I can say that the customer service on other cruise lines is far superior to MSC.  Our price kept changing so I had to keep calling to get it adjusted.  Also we added and extra guest and it took almost a month for them to add the upgraded beverage package for that person.  I had to continue to call and follow up on the ticket because when I did not the ticket dropped off.  I have spent hours on the phone with them in order to get these issues sorted out.  I feel like with other lines once I have had an issues it was sorted out much faster.  We will see how the ship is, it looks awesome however I am leery after all of these issues.

    Thank you! I need to get in touch with the USA office so I don't think it'll help me but it may come in handy for someone else

Does anyone have a phone number or e-mail other than the general one on the MSC website to speak to someone about customer service.  I have been requesting to talk to a supervisor since Friday and have yet to hear from one.  We have had several issues with our booking on the Seaside May 18th and nobody has been able to address them correctly.  Every time I call there is never a supervisor available to talk to me.  I have also e-mailed my concerns to the existing reservations e-mail and not heard back.
