I will be bringing protein powder on with me for after I work out.  Packs super easy and mixes with water. I have never been stopped and it is just a chocolate powder.  For those asking protein drinks are for those that work out as well and want to ensure they are hitting their protein numbers for the day.  Approx 1 gram of protein for every pound you are.

I purchased the Premium Non alcoholic Package for just myself in the cabin on two back to back cruises leaving next week.  Recently they got rid of two options and there is now the Zero Proof.  What is is unclear if it is exactly the same or is there something removed?  I have researched and called them directly (they told me last night they would honor the Premium Non Alcoholic Package) and I am still very confused as it shows different things everywhere - perhaps no smoothies and frozen drinks, but the rest remains the same??? 

One of the packages is now 40% off on the second week and if it is the same I would like to cancel and re-book saving myself about $100.  When I called Celebrity she just said they would honor it?  But could not clarify what the differences were 😞 and said consult the website.

Does anyone know?  Has anyone had the Zero Proof since the change?

Help me please, can I cancel and rebook and saves some money to get the same thing?

I am waiting for the 2023 prices to come out as well.  I am glad to see you deal with the hotel and there is 24 hours cancellation.  How much would a uber be from there to the port?

How does payment work? Do you pay them the day of?  I always worry that if the port get skipped etc.

Hi!   I went down and took pictures and assessed the noise levels of 3212 & 3216.

 

A few observations:

1.  Cabin 3216 is part of the first set of cabins once you turn down that hallway.   

 

2.  3216 and 3212 do not share the same 'vestibule'. Cabin 3214 is in between. 

 

3.  There is a large square pole (for support) in between the two cabins in the the same 'vestibule'.

 

4.  The entrance to the hallway of the cabins is off of the main corridor from the iLounge and Tuscan Restaurant, closer to Tuscan.

 

5.  Noise Level:

~ While standing in the hallway outside of the cabin, I did not hear any music from the Grand Plaza or noise from the casino.  You did hear it at the steps by the elevator and started to once leaving hallway of cabins corridor. 

 

~ What I did hear, was a lot of creaking.  (I hear this is my cabin as well, on a different deck)...but definitely more in that hallway.  

 

~ I felt the rumbling of the ship

6.  The doorway to the hallway of cabins is to the right of the exposed walls. 

 

7.   Since there are two main restaurants down the corridor,  it may get noisier when people are around.  I only saw one person walking around that area. 

 

8.  The other entrance to the hallway of cabins is down by the iLounge.

The ship is beautiful and very different from the Reflection and Equinox.  Instead of 1 MDR there are 4 MDRs, smaller, less noisy and more of a restaurant feel than a big dining room.  Eden is beautiful and Eden Cafe is open for breakfast and lunch adding another free option for those meals.  

The production shows on the Beyond are amazing, this form someone who dislikes production shows and different than on the other ships.

 

I would recommend the Beyond to the Reflection.  It would be like taking 2 different cruises with new things to explore on 1 and returning to an old favorite on the other.

all great information.  Interesting to hear about the shows, this is def great to hear, as it has been awhile since we saw anything WOW.   Since we don't drink we won't have to wait so that is also a bonus.  If you don't mind me asking how was the food in the buffet?  My kid loves the typical teenager food, my son likes made to order pasta and eggs and meat, my husband likes the ethnic foods (esp indian) and I well am the picky one 🙂

That was my thoughts, like two different vacations...I have not been since before covid so a long long time and this would be like WOW....however being on the 3rd floor porthole is a worry.  There are not a lot of reviews of this type of room under the shops (though the high end ones so won't be busy I would imagine)

Thoughts on B2B on Reflection or Beyond to Reflection (B2B but two different ships).  With the reflection we would have a balcony for 2 weeks and for Beyond it would floor 3 porthole and the balcony on the reflection.

Thoughts advice?  We have never done a back to back.

Some background and my thoughts - we have two teenagers (13 and 15)

- we have been on the reflection before (Kids first cruise 6 years ago).  Only other celebrity ship was the Equinox

- I love the idea of different food and different shows each week but is it worth changing boats for

- we would be going in March break time frame so boats are almost sold out - cannot travel any other time.

- Price is almost the same (balcony 600$ more)

- we do not get internet, do not get the drink package or visit specialty restaurants.

- we tend to be early to bed and early risers (11pm and 7am)

- I like the idea of experiencing two ships in one vacation

- Beyond love the idea of Captain Kate (we always miss her) but worried with the bad reviews as of late

- I am always worried I will get bored of the food (is this possible)

- We eat in the MDR for dinners and buffet and other free restaurants for Breakfast and Lunch

- We share one room (kids still love to do this) they will share the couch

Thanks it is hard to find one that is not verandah porthole but rather just the porthole.  I am also wondering on noise level between 10 and 7am each evening as it is under the stores and also outside the MDR's.  We usually stay on a balcony on higher floors so this is all new to us

This is amazing thank you for doing this.  Is there anyway you could get a picture of the rooms on 3rd floor 3216 and 3212.  Would you think they would be loud? I wish I could see a picture of the room but there is not a lot of info on the porthole rooms on the third floor as of yet.

Anyone at all who is sailing can help us out?  I am looking at a room near the back of the ship away from the stores above.  Thoughts? PIctures

Are these rooms loud?  These are on Deck 3 and the promenade is on 4. I worry that these rooms will be loud. Has anyone every stayed in these rooms and have advice or can provide feedback.  Thanks 

It was a total of 150$ but we were able to switch to another room same size everything including the extra big balcony we had. Same floor etc for $140 less. We have two kids that love celebrity and are excited for the amazing food and relaxing time so it was not a deal breaker and I rather save the money and hopefully this won’t be the last decrease we see. Now if I could add the drink package for 140$ total I would be in heaven lol

This room was not a normal room with it so it is the same size not sure why vu it is identical to the one down the row that does not have it. We currently have it but could have downgraded for a saving of 150$ before dinner but now the price is back up so we will keep it and when it goes down I will take the savings 🙂

Equinox ship.....hmmm

We have an option of paying $150 more to move to the Concierge class (4 people in room).  Except the room location (closer to the back of the boat) everything else stays the same in regards to the floor and room.  I have looked on the website and while there are a few perks that don't really mean too much (special key holder, umbrella etc)  $150 for special lunch and a bottle of sparkling wine seems like a lot.  Maybe I am missing something.....what would you do?

I was thinking about going here but we don't rent chairs etc, is this something you an just do or do we need reservations?

Last time I took the advice of those on here to visit the beach by the dock.  We were able to get 2 chairs, umbrella and 6 beers I believe along with some sand toys for $20 US.  It included wifi too but you had to be near their place of business and could not access it on the beach.  With 5 of us this time I think this is the most economical way to spend the day at port

Is there a person or business that has this sort of deal that you have used and would include bathrooms and wifi on the beach?  I believe we just wandered up and down and kept waiting till we found the right deal so I would ideally like to save that wandering up and down the beach part.
