Has anyone used "Jiffy Jeff"? We have done the whole cruise line transfer route, and this time around decided to do something different. We had pondered Uber, but then saw wonderful reviews about this company. Rethinking my plan as my original thought was to try and grab 2 bottles of wine on the ride in :)

Any thoughts on if and when it will come around again? We are looking to sail in the Spring of next year, and for our particular sailing, the discount will save us over 1k. Wish we had the "what about a cruise next year" conversation a few weeks earlier!:(

I know that you are able to get connecting rooms on the ship, but are you able to get connecting balcony's? We will be traveling with friends, and like the idea of all being able to hang out there together. I have called Carnival direct numerous times, but have been unable to get a straight answer?!?!

Also, does anyone know the best way to book a balcony cabin that actually overlooks the water and not another deck? This was another thing that I asked about when I called, and the 2 people I spoke with had no idea what I was talking about!

We are in 8670 on our next cruise ! It is next to a 2 bedroom suite. I am looking forward to my first aft room . We have sailed the Jewel before so I am sure we will love Brilliance. Love all the glass.

In all honesty, the lack of the smoke in the casino was one of the things that caught my attention with Celebrity! I am all about the views & relaxing. We actually booked the balcony cabin that is next door to the owners suite (8670 I think?). Anyone opinions on having a balcony cabin on the back of the ship? We have always had one on the side. I LOVE to sit and read a book out there!

So we have cruised approx 10x, albeit not in 10 or so years...so, with the leaps & bounds that have occurred with the size/amenities on the ships, it feel like a lifetime! We are doing a short cruise (5 days) simply because it works out better with the arrangements that we have for our children (10 year wedding anniversary, and they are staying HOME:)). I am not as concerned as the ports that we are stopping in (Cozumel/Key West) as we both have traveled the Caribbean pretty extensively. What I am concerned with, is that we will feel like we are old an old, small ship. Any thoughts/opinions? Just as some background, we previously have mostly sailed Carnival. The 1x that we sailed RCCL was on the Grandeur. Going on Carnival this time around was not an option for us, although we did entertain Celebrity. I would love any thoughts/suggestions.

We are doing a 5 night cruise out of Tampa,and would like to fly down the night before to make life a bit easier. Does anyone have any recommendations for a hotel that is close to the port, but also in walking distance to a nice place to enjoy dinner/breakfast prior to cruising?
