  1. Ok with the 2 bottles and wine and soda, we don't drink soda but we drink a lot of San Pellegrino water.  We have the Classic Alcohol Package but carbonated water is not included. Is it considered same as soda so we can bring our own.  And what is the cost of San Pellegrino (or Perrier) on board? Thank you all.

  2. Hi, I’m looking for suggestions, on sunday april 1st we are returning from our cruise on Celebrity Eclipse, docking at POM at 7 AM. I have a reservation at Courtyard South Beach for 3 night stay before going back home. So we have a little logistics problem here...I guess we can’t go to the hotel that early, check-in is at 3 pm only, what would you do? I’ll try to disembark as late as possible. Also are there always taxis at the pier to get us to the hotel? Thank you.

  3. Last June we were on the Reflection, western med cruise from Rome and this was on Celebrity Today, port of call Barcelona:

    10% VALUE ADDED TAX

Due to customs regulations, while the ship is in Spanish waters, there will be a 10% Spanish VAT added on to all your purchases from our bars and specialty restaurants. The Spanish VAT does not apply to beverage packages.

  4. Hi, we went to 7 mile beach last year. Right at the port there are lots of taxis (minivans) waiting. We took one, I think it was $5/person. It stopped first at Royal Palms, then Calico Jack at 7 mile beach. To go back to port there also plenty of taxis waiting. We rented 2 loungers and and umbrella, but I don't remember the price. And better go there quite early, it's very crowded in the afternoon.

    Have a nice cruise!

  5. Well, I feel sorry for all of you but I must be a lucky person. At Fiumicino Rome airport last may, lines were quite long for customs but went rapidly. Customs official looked at our passports, didn’t say a word and stamped them, we were out in less than 30 minutes.

Last month for our annual trip to NYC by car, almost no lines at Champlain Lake border point, the agent asked us: where are you going, how long, do you have a reservation...have a nice stay! Total time to cross the border, 15 minutes.

Reading all these stories I wonder how it will go when we fly to Fort lauderdale next spring for our cruise.

  6. As of July 13, the ads are on Celebrity Cruises Canada Facebook page: "Our Winter 2018 All Included Caribbean Vacations have launched and can now be booked! Departure cities: Hamilton, London, Ottawa + NEW: Toronto, Calgary, Edmonton, Regina and Saskatoon - don't delay these packages book up fast!"

We did Book'n'Go cruises in 2015 (Reflection) and 2016 (Silhouette) from Quebec City, flying on Canadian North. Would do it again, but now we look for longer cruises.

  7. Hi Patti,

    From Celebrity Today:

Hope this helps you, have a nice cruise.
