14 days till we sail on the Brilliance. I guess it's time to start packing!

We arrive between 10:30 & 11:00. We always like to get a good start on our vacation. We grab a bite at either the Windjammer or Park Café, then we find a seat by the pool and get our first cocktail of the trip and enjoy the people watching.

20 days until we board the glorious Brilliance OTS

21 days and we will be on board the Brilliance!

I love the idea. We are old enough that our son is married and moved away, However, after 15 cruises, I can't tell you how many times we saw parents searching for missing children, which included searching the pools on several occasions.
I hope everyone realizes that these people are lifeguards and not there to worry about the chair hogs or some other issue, that is not directly related to lifeguarding.

Sailing on the Brilliance 3/25. In mid-January, I booked MTD for 3/25, 6:30 PM on-line. I checked a couple of days later and it was showing for 3/25, 6:30 PM.
I checked last night, and it has since disappeared.
I called Customer Service and eventually spoke with one of the reps. There was nothing she could do. I asked for and eventually spoke with a supervisor(Elmer). There was nothing he could for me at 6:30. I suggested either 6:00 or 7:00.I was willing to bend a bit. Noooooooooooooooooooo! There was nothing they could do.
The only thing Elmer did was apology and appreciates my business. I would not accept his apology and told he him if he really appreciated my business, he would make things right.
So, I'll be at MTD at 6:15 with a drink in my hand, waiting for a table.
Does anyone have any other suggestions?

We make reservations for night 1. After that, we go when we want. I don't mind waiting for a table, as long as I have a drink in my hand.

No big deal for us. We either return our towels when we are finished at the pool or the next day. I don't see a reason for people to be so upset.
