We are booked on a land/cruise beginning Aug 31st. We are doing our land tour first. Back in January we booked an excursion for Aug 31 at the Princess Mckinley lodge. We received a confirmation and payment was charged and paid for. It has shown up on our itinerary since that time. Today Aug 12 when I pulled our excursions, it had disappeared. This happen to anyone else? I have tried to contact Princess but the wait time was five hours to speak with a representative. I have initiated a call back but have not received it yet.

We recently booked the Duo Specialty Dining Package but are a little confused. The two venues were the Asian Kitchen and Butchers Cut. Does the Asian Kitchen include the Teppanyaki Grill. How does that work? It appears that the Asian Kitchen includes three separate venues, The Sushi/Raw Fish, The Pan Asian, and the Teppanyaki. Do you have to specifically reserve the Teppanyaki?

We had the same experience. We had a resident discount and an OBC promotion and the TA told us we could not use the C&A savings certificate.

Just got Mariott San Juan resort and Stellaris for $112.00 for one night May 14, 2011. Bid $92.00 for resort, rejected but asked to increase bid by $20.00. Did so and it was accepted.
