To enhance the guest experience, Norwegian Getaway will now call on Stockholm, Sweden from 8:30 am to 5:00 p.m. on June 23, 2019.
 

If you pre-booked your shore excursions though Norwegian Cruise Line for Nynashamn, Sweden, they will be cancelled and refunded to the form of payment. Information on available tours for Stockholm, Sweden will be available once onboard.

FYI, Also when you log into your NCL "Explore and Plan", the port is now showing "Stockholm, Sweden" but there are no excursions for you to book.

@wongcruise you might want to check your itinerary from NCL.  We recently received an email from NCL for our Getaway cruise 6/16/19 and they have changed the port from Nynashamn to Stockholm.

We're booked at Crowne Plaza Towers between the airport and the city.   We're planning on taking the train/metro into the city.

Thank you for a great thread Danish viKing.  I'd like your suggestion for transportation during our 1 1/2 day stay in Copenhagen before our cruise.  We are a party of 10 (including 2 eleven year-olds) and possibly with one suitcase per person.  10 pp + 10 suitcases.

- since we will be in town for 1 1/2, I'm not sure if it would make sense to purchase 24hr or 48hr city-pass but I'm leaning towards 24hr.

- Most likely Taxi (not sure if Taxi are available nearby or abundant)
