We were upgraded from Spacious Balcony to Owners Suite at 365 a person.
Question - why was I charged 810? Are there extra fees when moving to a suite? Did I miss the fine print?
thanks
Maybe the increase in prepaid tips?

I didn't receive emails for most of my Black Friday purchases but all are showing in my order history.

My husband and I purchased the drink package. We thought we could make our own wine tasting experience at Vintages by pouring small samples from the dispensing machines under the $13 drink package max. Several samples each later, each costing between $11 and $13 dollars, we discovered the dispensing machines are not included in the drink package. Not a huge amount but a waste since the drink package is already spendy.

Just got back. Loved the beach club. There is a beach right in front of the pool. You can chose a chair on the beach, a bed in front of the pool all are first come first serve.

On my cruise I have noticed they are using the same starting list price for each sale. When they post the sales it says 20% less than onboard prices(percentage varies per sale) So examples......
We will say onboard price is $81 per day for these examples.
20% off onboard prices -
$81 * 0.80 = $64.80 round up so sale is $65 per day for deluxe drink package
Buy one get one 50% off. (RC gives you 25% off each package)-
$81 * 0.75 = $60.75 round up so sale is $61 per day for deluxe drink package
30% off onboard price-
$81 * 0.70 = $56.70 round up so sale price is $57 per day for deluxe drink package
I know the $81 may not be the actual onboard price but they seem to be consistent with using this same value for each sale.

We were on Freedom Of The Seas a couple years ago and felt the same about the firm mattresses. I am also a side sleeper and firm mattresses do not work well for side sleepers. We are going to purchase the small camping air mattresses to see if they help on our next cruise.

I have a March 2020 cruise booked and the price started at $57 per night and has increased to $65 per night. It still states the same 20% off onboard prices. $1,073.89 including 18% gratuity for 2 people definitely seems to high.

Thank you for the information! It definitely helps us with our decision.

So not worth the $200 listed for the week? Does it include a polar plunge?

My husband and I are booked on Harmony of the Seas next year and I am looking a pre-booking several things. I noticed a couples Thermal Suite package in our cruise planner but the description is very vague. Does anyone know what the Thermal Suite is/includes? I did a subject search and didn't find this question asked before sorry if it is a repeat.

going from inside, OV or balcony to JS or higher you do not get double C and A points on the bid up program.
From what I have read no you get the existing booked level of points which isnt a big deal to me. We go on a cruise every so often because we live on the west coast.

Why would they offer a suite through the upgrade program if they can sell it outright for regular price? The program is really to help them sell unsold cabins.
I am happy to pay for the royal up. I am just saying I am excite that it is a possibility to royal up and pay less than you would normally pay for the upgrade.

I am so excited to see royal up is a possibility. Our cruise isnt until March 2020 on Harmony of the Seas but hoping we are offered the opportunity to royal up. We always book an ocean view balcony would love to upgrade to a junior suite or Grand Suite.

I did the Pacfic Northwest Cruise when Celebrity use to do it. There were 4 of us that went and we all loved it. Did a great wine tour in Nanaimo. In Victotia we just walked around town. Vancouver Island is a beautiful island. Enjoy if you decide to go

89 days! I still cant make dinner reservations for specialty restaurants.

I am very happy it was taken care of quickly!

I am glad you got it straightened out and they refunded the money. I have a separate account that I use strictly for vacations. It has its own debit card and it has worked well for me in the past.
That is another good idea.
-
It was refunded right away.
-
Excellent!:) You might want to consider a credit card for certain charges.
Definitely will be doing that going forward!
-
Good news they refunded me within 24 hours! I knew they could do it.

Oh boy do I am not alone. Good thing the bank caught it.

I was just saying too sorry wasn't trying to sound rude.
The Key benefits after day 1
in Royal Caribbean International

We bought it once and would not buy it again. The internet, Chops lunch, and key disembarking were the highlights. We were mocked and made to feel bad by others in the main line for staff creating a Key line after we asked. about where the line was for us to get off the ship. Maybe the line issue has gotten better. We did not use the rock climbing, surf rider, zip line.. etc...times were set at 8 and 9am not good times.
