Does anyone know where the self service laundry rooms are located on the Pride?

The only one i remember specifically is on DECK 1 around the corner of the Mid Ship elevators.

There are a few others scattered throughout the ship but i can't remember exact locations of them all.

  2. This is from the FAQ's on Carnivals website:

    Traveling with Minors

When traveling with a minor where one parent or both parents or legal guardians are not cruising, we strongly recommend bringing an original signed letter from the absent parent(s) or legal guardians authorizing the minor to travel with you. If there is no second parent with legal claims to the minor (due to sole custody, deceased, etc.) other relevant paperwork, such as a court decision, death certificate, birth certificate naming only one parent, would be useful to bring in place of a signed letter. This will expedite processing by the Department of Homeland Security.

  3. I had submitted for my January cruise about 6 weeks in advance and was denied. Found out too late about trying to resubmit so never did for that cruise.

My next cruise is in May so i went ahead and submitted at the end of February. I figured that way i would have time to resubmit if i were denied. About a week ago i got my email that my OBC was approved on the first try......Go figure.

  4. When we sailed on the Legend in Early Feb. the camp was open on Sea Days from 9am - 12pm, closed for lunch, 2pm - 5pm , closed for dinner 7pm - 10pm close.

So basically they opened for 3 hour blocks throughout the day/night  and usually had an hour of free time, an hour of craft time , an hour of game time.  The last night they had a farewell party with games and prizes. Also i recall one movie night.

They did say while in port if the kids were to remain on the ship they would stay open and feed them lunch/dinner but we always left the ship and took our daughter with us so we never did that.

All the activities, at least on our trip/ship, they stayed in the Camp Ocean area.

  5. We have walked to Junkanoo with our 10 year old daughter on two separate cruises. Easily walkable! Fort Charlotte isn't much farther either but they still were not open as of the beginning of this month.

  6. I am reading through tons of reviews from people who have taken tours through various companies while at St. Lucia, but no one seems to share what the cost was! Our first choice is Solomon Water Taxi and Tours but we are open to other options. We are travelling on Carnival Pride on the 2 week Journeys cruise in January 2019 and want to start booking excursions. Looking for recommendations for tour companies and how much it cost per person. Thanks in advance!
