I would love one of these beds!! I have never slept so well - sadly only US shipping at the minute so I'm on a mission to find something similar!

I had the AIBP in June on the Royal and all waffles/crepes and gelato were included in the package

I've just checked and already been allocated our cabin so that didn't take too long. Happy with where we have ended up as well.

I'm sure this has been asked numerous times - This is the first time I've ever booked a guarantee cabin - when do you usually find out what has been allocated to you?

Do you normally have some notice or can it be as late as when I arrive at the port?

We requested a table for 2 on our 2015 cruise. We were on the late sitting and had a table for four. From what I can remember they looked rather tight.

I've just had a call from Princess this morning after emailing them last week and also posting on their Facebook page that I still hadn't had a response.

I was offered specially dining & a bottle of wine or OBC as a gesture of goodwill.

I accepted OBC and have $100 each.

I wasn't affected with charges etc my gripe was the retaining of the card information and the lack of an personalised reply.

She was very apologetic and I wouldn't want her job!

It seems rather ask and you will get an offer rather everybody being compensated which leaves a very sour taste.

I wonder if they are dealing with them in date order. I have had £3000 pending since Friday, just checked my account and no change. I agree that it is unacceptable, very wary of booking again.

I just double checked and all 3 transactions are dated Friday 19th.

1 payment is on my balance and not pending.

The other is a pending debit with a pending credit if that makes sense!!

I feel for everybody who has used a debit card and had their accounts cleaned out. Fingers crossed is all resolved asap, I can't believe it's happened to honest!

The first £2k payment was taken from my credit card and then a pending refund was on my account. I checked today to find a second £2k payment has been taken and no refund as of yet. No reply from Princess and just a generic email stating the problem had happened. The whole fiasco is unacceptable and I seriously doubt any goodwill gestures will happen.

Afternoon Tea is my favourite hobby!

I would highly recommend Claridges for afternoon tea - if you want a formal experience, you will have to book well in advance.

The Chesterfield is also another one of my favourites - obviously both totally unlimited so enjoy!

I emailed Patrick about a couple of his tours, just a quick question regarding prices?

Do they fill up to the maximum his end to make the tour cheaper for everybody or if I book a certain trip for 2 of us are a private tour like the price list States?
