We are in concierge class 1st time, and need help. We want to go to lumberjack show, but we get in at 2; the show is at 2:30. I’d rather book direct online with the show, but will we be held from getting off til after all tours depart?

Taking a Canada/New England Cruise May 16. Which one of these ships is better for lower price rooms Veendam or Statendam, either interior or class E outside rooms?

I have put a hold on E518 and 524 on the Veendam, but I am concerned that we may hear noise from the lower promenade above.

I also wonder about the motion of the ship so far forward. We have always been mid-ship on higher levels, but are traveling with frugal 1st timer friends, but do not want to steer them wrong. Also looked at MM815, 823, or 830. A 2009 review here talked about smelling sewage in those cabins.

Lastly, is there a way to see which cabins are available instead of calling HAL or a travel agent? Since I am taking advantage of a mail offer private sale, I am not sure if they are just trying to sell me the least suitable rooms in each classification.
