I am visiting Monte Carlo next year with my children 16,14,11 and wondered if it’s worth doing a trip or just getting off and visiting the area plus how is it when everyone gets on the tenders thanks
-
I’m going on Britannia next year and wondered how many children they take on each cruise? It is in the school holidays and I hope my youngest will get into the kids club each time she chooses to go. Do they turn kids away. Thanks
-
I’m going in a few weeks and I booked 2 cabins for a joint booking I have mine but other cabin isn’t assigned yet so will hopefully get it soon.
-
I’m visiting both these places and looking to see if it’s worth visiting on my own or going on an organised trip thanks
-
Thank you all for your help and ideas my kids seem very excited as only told them yesterday
-
I am taking my kids who are older 15-12-9 they haven’t cruised before I have and wondered if anyone who has taken theres have any info of what there kids thought about it with kids clubs plus kids menus thanks
-
I think that you are asking about shore excursions.
I would say that P&O shore excursions and RC would be quite comparable.
You should check out the Ports of Call forum here on Cruise Critic for your specific ports.
:)
Thank you I shall have a look

Thank you for your help 🙂

Do you have to pay for the kids clubs on the cruise or are they included mine are age 8 plus
-
I have only cruised on p and o and am looking at taking my kids on royal Caribbean but just wondered what the trips were like are they similar as I no I would need one in Rome and Florence are the cost the same to thank

No not like Azura but it's has a room for cinema shows
-
That's good to no any card works Britannia do it to
-
Couldn't they book a single cabin or just be honest
-
I a, going on Britannia again next month and when we went last year found a lot of negativity to some people always like complaining glad you enjoyed your cruise
-
I have had this problem today on iPad and iPhone so ended up on computer and it worked
-
I'm not quite sure where you get 25 minutes waiting time for a lift on the Britannia ship to be honest we were always using the lifts going here and there and never waited that long 5 minutes at most yes technical issues but bear in mind that ship has only been on a few cruises gotta give it a bit longer so they can address issues
-
If people are concerned about the lift issue either go at forward or aft of the ship for stairs or lifts and there are other ships that will work better for them that they can use so it's probably best to use them and there will be less complaints as you no what your booking from the brochure pictures in the book
-
We stopped at a service station on way to Rome and our bus driver told us where toilets were to use free as some places you need to buy stuff also there was a toilet on our bus but don't think it was to be used as no mention and we didn't stop on way back which took hour and Half back in April
-
my mum has a stick so needed a lift and we didn't find it that much of an issue but some people could walk and don't, that would leave space for wheel chairs and people don't move up for a wheel chair.
if they had a lift for wheel chairs only it will just single them out and I think it could cause an issue and your not gonna get it being used properly and 3 less lifts for the ship.

It is staff access all the white areas near cabins and I think your talking about the crows nest as the library is in there
-
Exactly there were a fair amount complaining what get me they knew it was a big ship they knew its was an out door pool things like that like you say have another drink and enjoy visiting all the different places
-
Wow a postive review gosh some people do enjoy cruising.
Yes I do like cruising so have you been on the Britannia then? Not everyone has complaints about it
