We are on the December 27 Australia to New Zealand cruise. Very much looking forward to it. This will be the longest flight that we have ever taken. I am traveling with my daughter. I keep warning her that she will be a little young (45).

We are going on an Australia and New Zealand cruise in December. So far we have a eTA for Australia but are unable to register for New Zealand. Is there a problem or are they just slow in setting the process up ?

I would check with my TA. I cruised single and paid a 50% supplement. I also only paid for 1 airfare. They advertised a lower supplement for some cruises.

Where can I find a list of gateway cities ?

We are booked on the May 29, 2019 Alaska cruise and are considering the Rocky Mountaineer add on. Has anyone done this and is it worth it ?

We have been on 9+ Oceania cruises and seem to have forgotten some details. When can you start booking shore excursions. Does it depend on the level of stateroom that you have ?

Hi, We just booked a cruise to the Caribbean that leaves on February 5. It is now less than a month out. Will we receive our travel documents on time ? Sorry I cant seem to get rid of the dated countdown clock.

We have used them 5-6 times and have found them very reliable.

Thanks all for the information.

When does the silver status kick in? On or after the 10th cruise ? I always assumed that we would get the silver benefits for the 10th cruise.

We completed a cruise in a Vista Suite in August and the laundry wasn"t free. Is this something new that we can expect on our next cruise in a penthouse ?
-
We too had a Vista Suite on our last voyage and we loved it. The weather was bad for most of the voyage but the suite made up for it.

Does anyone know how the transfers work at LHR? We are arriving at about 7:30 will a bus be waiting to take us to the hotel ? What time will the bus leave for the ship in the morning ?
-
Yes, there are waitlists for shore excursions. We just cleared the list .
-
Transfers are part of the hotel package. They are not offered with the air.

Has anyone had this situation? We are booked on a cruise in about three months and one of our party may not be able to go. I realize that the fare is not refundable . My question is.... are the other 2 people in the suite cancelled too or can they go on as before. The cruise line will not be losing any money at this point. I'd appreciate answers.

We have transfers included on our upcoming cruise (from airport to hotel, hotel to ship and ship to airport) How is this managed ? We are arriving in LHR 1 day prior to the cruise and are staying in a London hotel..

We originally had a flight booked for 1 PM and AA changed it on us. We would never have booked a flight so close. It would be hard to change because there is not another flight non stop until much later in the day. My husband has an oncology treatment due the next day, I will let you all know the outcome, We have booked a limo and they think that it is doable as long as we walk our luggage off.

We are on the June 20 -30 Alaska Cruise. It disembarks at 8 AM. I do not know the exact location of the cruise dock in relation to SeaTac. I hope that this helps.

We have an 11:05 AM flight out of Seattle after a cruise. Is this doable ?
-
We did a private tour in Lima last year and it was well worth the cost. I suggest going through your travel agent.

We are booked for the Alaska June 20, 2017 cruise and when I check the bookings page all of the categories are wait listed. We have reservations for a specific cabin but I find that this is unusual this early. What does this mean? Is the ship a charter or can it truly be sold out ?

What do you get in a day room ?

If you have already made final payment on a cruise and then decide that you want to upgrade ( for the full price ) can you do it ?

I have a 55 minute layover between flights from PHL and SYD. Is this going to be enough time ?
