I was on the Independence of the seas in Feb, with the Premium Package. No problem with getting red bull the entire cruise.

Was on the independence of the Seas last year. All flavors of Red bull were available at every bar, and we could get it as part of the premium package. Going on again next week, so I hope nothing has changed.
