The UK pound strengthens to its highest level against the US dollar this year but its not reflected in the price us UK sailors pay for a bar tab. 

Unfortunately you have to purchase the bar tab at least 24 hours in advance of sailing to qualify for the bonus. 

I intend purchasing two $300 bar tabs for our cruise next month. I like the idea of the $50 bonus however the UK version of the app doesn’t allow you to pay in US dollars. It is currently on sale for £245 but on today’s US dollar exchange rate UK cruisers are getting a raw deal. I did contact VV but they fudged the issue!

Thanks for the pictures, the balcony definitely looks a bit on the small side. Celebrity need to publish details of the 1A cabins pronto! Like me some customers who have already booked might be a little disappointed when they discover the veranda set up. The bed looks a little too close to the sliding doors!

The porthole style balcony makes sense if you look at the A1 cabins on the deck plan however I got conflicting information from my TA. Think we will need to wait to see actual photographs. Our cabin is 9110.  

Hi, we have booked 1A OceanView Stateroom with veranda for a Med cruise on 30th August next year. Our TA contacted Celebrity on our behalf as we were concerned about the lack of information on the type of stateroom we have booked. Celebrity confirmed it was a regular balcony cabin, similar to the 2B balcony cabin we had on the Equinox. I won't be fully convinced until I see photos or Celebrity provides more detailed information online.
