  1. We just finished our cruise and one of the changes I noticed was the dinner rolls in the dining room. Last year on our cruise the waiter would come around with a basket of dinner rolls and there were 4 or 5 different kind of rolls to choose from.

This year there were only 2 types of rolls, a baguette slice and a bolillo shaped roll.

The waiter would set both on your bread plate.

Last years rolls were much better tasting. Kind of missed them.

    When did they change?

  2. I agree that this is untrue. I booked online early saver and my husband decided not to go. I just changed the name online myself. No charge and no issues at all! Very easy.

    Have you already sailed?

Did you only need name and birthdate?

So it is free to make the change yourself online but $50 through customer service?

  3. I'm surprised nobody has mentioned Delta Hotel. I found his review on Cruise Critic while trying to search for reviews and a list popped up about the best rated or popular reviews. His was number one.

    His intro:

    *** Please Read *****

You are about to begin a journey through a highly detailed account of one person’s cruise experience. This journey will take you to levels of minutia which most people don’t care to reach. If you’re not fond of reading long passages or hearing the inner-workings of another person’s mind and thoughts, you should not read this. If you still think that you might want to read this, just keep in mind that you’re entering an at-will contract between yourself and pages of text, which you may choose to terminate at any time without fear of consequence. However, you may experience a temporary feeling of wasted time, or thoughts similar to “wow, that guy’s really messed up”. You have been warned.

  4. Personally, I wouldn't buy anything but cheap souvenirs in Mexico like tshirts or hats. You can never be sure that what you are buying is real. The Mexican government is very corrupt and doesn't regulate things very well. Have seen lots of people be taken on things that they thought were real only to return home to find otherwise.
