I have a question about Santorini. Has anyone taken the high speed boat to Ammoundi Port where you take the bus up to Oia? I am getting g confused when they talk about the ports. Are these boats available right where the ship docks? Would love to hear your experience if you’ve gone.

We are on the Breakaway 6/5-6/14 and are trying to see if there are any good options cruisers have used to get to Taormina. It's a Sunday and the trains are limited especially with crowds so afraid we won't get on one to make it back to the ship. A private car is almost 200.00 and I hear taxis are more. There's a on your own tour with NCL which I tried to sign up for but it's booked. I can't understand if this is such a popular destination that NCL doesn't arrange for multiple transports to this town. Perhaps they do, anyhow looking to see if anyone has done this and for any suggestions. I'd hate to miss going to this charming town. Thank you!

Just getting off the Escape this morning. We did tender into GSC. We arrived in St. Thomas late due to stormy weather and large waves so stayed there from 3:30 to 6:30 all aboard time. Then stayed overnight due to the weather. Was able to go onshore 7am to 12:30. 
we also went to the DR Amber Cove which was a change from Puerta Plata. I think after the sand bar incident that port is tricky to navigate so we were switched to Amber Cove which is Carnivals Port. All in all it was a great time and can’t wait to do it again.

Looks like not many upgrades this week, usually by each week their have been several upgrades for the coming weekend, must be because this upcoming week is holiday so the ships must be sailing full or at covid capacity.

I still have 3 pending and I can still make an offer. We leave Saturday, not sure if this is usual or not. I’m assuming that tomorrow I see expired or the upgrade goes through but it’s right down to the wire. It has been strangely quiet on here though. Usually you hear people comment yes or no.

It truly depends on which you have.  HD, H9, HI are on deck 16 near the SPA, so NOT in the Haven "proper", but are still full HAVEN access! 

I was looking at the H9 and the H1 for an upgrade bid but if potentially spending a lot more money was wondering if actually being in the Haven versus access was better. I’ve seen a few comments so I was just checking what my options were and how people felt about one or the other😊

Hi, can someone tell me if the penthouse Suite balcony is in the Haven on the Escape and same for the Haven spa suite. It appears to me they are both access to Haven but not in the Haven. Thank you!

It's before that. I definitely didn't enter any information. Once you choose the category, it should assign you a room. Once you see the room it has assigned, look for the teeny link that lets you choose a different room. That should let you in to see the rest of the available rooms in that category.

The website has been updated since I last booked, so it took me a little while to figure it out. When I've gone in, when I get to the page where it has assigned me a stateroom, I click the link to see other available rooms. That lets me see the rest of the staterooms available in that particular category. I hope that helps!

Thanks for replying! I had gotten to the page where I put in all my personal info so I'm guessing you keep going? I don't want to wind up booking lol!

Where do you see rooms that are available on a sailing?  I started to do a booking but didn't see where you can see what rooms are left? the page I was on went to complete booking. Thanks!
