We had the 1 BR Aqua Suite on the 14th floor. I would say lower is better. You can see most of the show better at the stage level, but you see some things from the Balcony you cannot in the theater seats.

Is it time to revive this thread?

Royal up option worked for this cruise yesterday (still debating).

We were approached on boarding for Chef's table at a discount and took advantage of it and had a wonderful time. On another cruise we got a package for the Chef's table and Chop's for the price of Chef's table (Chop's free). A good group does make the experience better, but so far we have not had a bad experience at Chef's table.

The LA or Concierge can take care of this for you.

We got enough points for D+ on Mariner and did a side by side to Harmony and the Concierge printed out new cards and an updated onboard benefit list for us after boarding since the LA was not available yet.

What you will have to wait the 5-7 days for is the welcome amenities. You have to call C&A to get those updated.

You can't see the Aqua Theater from where you took this picture, but standing at the balcony rail the view is only partially blocked by the Abyss.

We have been in 8627 on Harmony and Symphony and are booked in 9329 on Symphony Nov 2 (less than 5 weeks until we set sail 😎). Noise is barely noticeable with the balcony door closed. If you want to do some people watching the BW balcony is the way to go.

Plenty to eat. If you want a larger portion of veggies as the waiter when you are seated and I am sure the Hibachi chef will take care of you. On our recent Mariner cruise somebody requested a double portion of rice and he got almost 3 portions.
