  1. I'm going on the Joy in October, does anyone know how much a bottle of water cost? Is it worth it to upgrade to premium package?                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                              Annmarie

On US based sailings the ship must "zero out" and all passengers must minimally do an immigration check off the ship regardless if they booked as two 7 day or one 14 day cruise.

When you are on a 10 day cruise (3&7) when you get back on the ship do you have to put your credit card in again or is only once for the whole cruise?

  5. I'm planning my first cruise on MSC and I would like to know what different wines they have on the package. I'm a sweet wine drinker like white Zin and Moscato. I would also like to know if I get a package and the other person has medical problems and can't drink can she get a soda package?

    Thank you in advance.

So I have a friend, that is fully vaccinated, walks around with 2 masks on, and never goes out beyond work, and home.  He will never get on a cruise.

All this talk, revolves around one concept.  The cruise line, in conjuction of the host country, will decide on the rules.  Just like I went to Las Vegas, on a plane, and wore a mask while inside also in the casinos.  The cruise line will do the same thing.  This, is the simplest concept to understand.  The ship needs to sail to make money.  They need enough people that will accept the limitations, to get on the ship.  It will sail.  Customers will know before they get on, the rules.  They will follow.  My friend that wears a double mask will avoid me for weeks.

Many people will not like the vaccine rule, be concerned of under 18's on the ship, hate the mask etc.  Guess what, the cruise is not for you yet.  You just need to wait it out longer.  For others, they are happy and that is what matters.  No need to debate, if it is fair or not.....because you made the decision not to have a vaccine, live in fear, or have opinions different than what is being allowed.  There is not enough space anyway for you, so it's ok.....we will see you in 2023 or later maybe

I didn't get the vaccine because I had the virus. The shot is to prevent you from getting it. So why should I have to get the shot to cruise when you don't need the shot to fly.

at 4 she will be in the  Adventure Ocean group for 3-5 year olds.   the run several sessions a day.. With breaks during  meal times for the most part.   if you are on Early Seating, you can sign up for My Family Time Dining which feeds the kids faster then the staff picks them up at the MDR entrance to return to the club so the adults can have coffee and dessert in peace.

there is no cost for the  regular hours.    there are costs for the late night programming( think giant pajama party)  they may do things  around the ship such as a scavenger hunt  or a Pirate  parade during the day.

Thank you for the advice on My family time dining.
