Saturday 02/08/20 Our “Perfect Day at CoCo Cay”

The day started about noon for Rich and I.

We had a late breakfast and headed for CoCo Cay. Meet up with my peps and relaxed in lounge chairs at Chill Island. We did not have excursions booked and nothing planned. The day was spent  lounging, listening  to music and napping. We sat close enough to the chill bar where all types of music was played.
 

The Island was beautiful but the weather was very windy and no sun in Sight 😏.

There Was  plenty of seating/lounge chairs. It never felt over crowded.

Daily  Planners Day 5 & 6

After dinner Rich and I went to the cabin for a quickie and nap.. I meant a quick nap 😜.

We woke about 11:30, I had planned to go to The Silent Party, where RC provide earphones and you listen to music of your choice at Club Blaze but we overslept and so we  went to a private pajama party hosted by G&S in the Solarium area.

The others didn’t join us, they all were in their cabins and already turned in for the night.

The party was entertaining.

After the party of course it was a couple slices of pizza and some sweets.

Lights were out at about 2:30ish

We got washed up and went to our 7pm Reservations for Blue Planet 

The Show was awesome!!!

and Dinner tonight was in The main Dining Room.

 
Dinner and Dessert was good and again the waitstaff did not disappoint. 

Towel animal for the night:

The rest of our Friday afternoon was spent: Crazy Quest Game

and sipping and relaxing in the Jacuzzi.

Blaze is where Bingo was held and some of the night life activities.

And of course the moment I had been practicing for The Flash Mob dance unfortunately no one recorded because Rich and I was at Sorrento’s grabbing some pizza and when I heard the music I ran and “got in place”

It was quick, fun and painless. LOL.

During breakfast Rich noticed I was missing a charm on the bracelet I got in PR so we went on a Scavenger hunt. We back tracked to Guest Services, Cabin, Casino. No charm anywhere😡.

So off we went to the promenade for the Last Flash Mob class.

Afterwards we stayed for the beautiful Tribute to the Veterans Happening in the promenade with the Veterans on the Tides Rise Bar (which I never got a chance to ride)

FRIDAY our 3rd SEA-DAY!!!!!

We woke about 9am to start our day. Rich realized this morning that he lost his bank card so we made a stop to guest services before breakfast.. Not much of a line and no Waiting.. Yeahhhh

and an honest person found it and took it to guest Services. YEAHHHH . (after getting home and checking my email I saw that RCL sent an email informing us that

it had been found and to come to guest services.

In the Promenade there was a fitness class going on.

and off to the main dining room for breakfast.

      Thursday night after our Lobster Dinner 

After dinner Rich and I went Back to our cabin & the others went to the casino.

and later Lee, Rich and I attended an 11-2am party in Studio B.

Rich and I spent some time in the casino and was to busy losing money to get our nightly snack at Sorrento’s. Lights out at 3:10am 

Down $76.50 at the Casino 😏

The afternoon was spent sippin’ and Chillin’ on Deck 15 and listening to music.

Did I mention that today is Thursday

NOT only is it THURSDAY... IT’s LOBSTER NIGHT!

Everyone was onboard with Tonight’s Plan to have dinner at 8pm in The Grande dining room and party at 11pm.
I repeat everyone agreed to this plan and said they were going to be good as long as they had their nap.

 
Rich and I returned to 14275 got cleaned up, napped and watched Mrs.Doubfire until dinner. 
 

My 2 cents: RCL’s movie channels (or lack there off) sucks.

IMO NCL had the best channel lineup.

But the Voom(Wifi package was sufficient enough to stream movies and watch YouTube videos on the Mac.)

Lee complaint about the speed and also being kicked out of the internet throughout the cruise. But Erica and I had no issues.

OK so far so good everyone made it to dinner.

Nyoman was our waiter tonight.

Service was fast and food was good and Nyoman was a great server.

Call had about 8 lobster tails, Rich fell behind with 7 and us ladies had 3 each.

and we had room left for dessert.
