Is the 18% tip applied to the one day in port free visit to the Persian Garden for Elite members?
No gratuities for the visit. They put a sticker on the back of your seapass card to show that you used one free visit.

We just got off Equinox last Saturday, concierge cabin. Foot stools were removed on the last day. Our cabin attender said that they were removed for maintenance 🤔

You booking date should have determined which policy was in place. The truly non-refundable element for the NRD changed for booking after March 2, 2023. I ran into a similar issue but finally convinced them to review their own policy dates.
We booked this cruise in November of 2022

I booked Hawaii cruise a year ago for September this year with Book Later certificate. Unfortunately due to my work schedule change I had to cancel it yesterday. So, when I called to cancel, the agent said that NRD changed to $900🤯 we didn't do any changes to reservation since it was originally booked. Had to escalate to Resolution department and argue that my invoice says $100 NRD per person. I was told that the rules are changed and I was responsible for the full $900 deposit. But they will make exception for me this time since I didn't know and will only withhold $200 and give refund for the rest of the payments. BTW the final payment for this sailing is June 24. Lesson learned, we have another cruise booked for October of 2025 with Book Later certificate, so I'm not planning to make any payments till we get close to the final payment date.

We purchased 2 bottles of wine pre cruise and we got the wines we ordered.
Did they deliver them to your cabin on embarkation day or you had to ask for them?

Booked today 13 nights TA from Southampton to Orlando on Apex for October 19, 2025. Got Sunset Veranda! 😁😁😁

They ask your cabin number when you enter MDR and check it off the list.

The sale is NOT available on our January, 2024 Equinox and May, 2024 Edge cruises. It's available on September 2024 Solstice sailing. I'm in the US. So, I think the sale is only on select ships, not fleet wide.

I used Microsoft Edge browser today and it worked better than Chrome yesterday. The hat is in Mast Grill on the counter 😉

Thank you for heads-up! Just booked Aqua class cabin. Used ALLABOARD100 code for extra $100 OBC😁 surprised that this code still works.

Thank you for the great review. We will be on Equinox with same itinerary next January, 1st time to ABC islands. How far in advance did you rent a car in Aruba? Thinking about doing the same stops. Thank you for all the tips.

Our experience was Equinox in early September. Maybe a ship to ship difference. We were told it was a new directive from Miami.
We're on Solstice right now in Sky Suite. Our butler informed us on the 1st day that if we want to dine in Blu, just let him know and he will make reservations for us.

We had same problem with September 24, Mexican Rivera sailing on Solstice. Edocs last page was blank and website said luggage tags are pending. I called Celebrity individual bookings number 1-800-556-8209 yesterday morning. No hold time! The representative emailed me tags in 2 minutes.

We didn't get tote bag on Equinox in June. We were in regular balcony cabin and our stateroom attendant told us that they stopped getting bags few months ago because of supply chain issues and only Aqua and suites get bags now.

The hotlink I included above is what's on the X website today for Captain's Club Membership Benefits. I noticed the missing 90 and 240 minutes last night on my phone so checked again today where I could see for sure on a bigger screen. Definitely MIA.
Not missing. It's on the 3rd page with spreadsheet on the Internet line.

We switched DH classic alcoholic package to premium non-alcoholic twice. Once on board Millennium in February and second time few weeks ago by calling for upcoming June cruise on Equinox. Both times they charged us $4 a day.

When we booked Hotels by Celebrity, we got Trip number and Confirmation number. Which number should we use in "Enter Booking Details" to get our 5 points?

We had a very similar experience but was hoping it would work itself out before we sail (Sept). We had a cancelled cruise paid in full and credited for $1947 in FCC (we have the invoice from the 3rd party that clearly states that)
We called X to book a cruise last week as we had not yet received our long overdue FCC to book with. There was some "I have to talk to someone" to get the deposit pulled from FCC that was not yet issued but said he could do it. Sounded good.
When we got the invoice, they paid $1348 as FCC (much more than the deposit) and there was no mention of the remainder owed of our FCC.
We are hoping the remainder of $619 is sill in the processing FCC pipe. Our original booking invoice (3rd party) showed
$1341 Celebrity (this was the base fare)
$300 non-commmisionable cruise fare (I think this was the perk pack cost add-on)
$306 cruise taxes
_________________________
for the $1947 total which it then stated as FCC to be issued
so we can see where the remaining FCC is cooing from. We did have experience with a cancelled flight holiday where the refund came in chunks for the base fare and then additional (upgrade) charges we paid so am hoping that is the case here. We have time on our side before our cruise, but if it is not resolved next summer, then I guess I will be hanging on the phone to get it resolved.
You should get new FCC certificate for remaining amount. We had similar situation and emailed Celebrity Engagement. Their response was "We would like to inform you that for the balance amount of the Future Cruise Credit remaining, a new certificate number will be created and this will be be from the time of redemption 30 to 45 days after" We also telephoned X, took about 1 hour but issue was resolved in 1 week after the call.

On our October 2025 and January 2026 sailings Premium Access Wi-Fi & more is $17.99/pp and Premium Wi-Fi is $27.99 🤔 so we booked Premium Access. $10 cheaper and get more perks.
