I hate being "nickle & dimed" by the cruise line and their total disregard for the passenger if there are any problems/complaints.

I hate their denials.

I hate that the service and food quality has declined so much over the years and no one seems to care because they are on a cruise.

I hate the travel and aggravation it takes to get to the ship and home from the ship.

I hate being made to feel like I'm in grammar school by the cruise line.

I would love it if someone could tell me what the deal is about Wi-fi on board EOS. What are the charges and how does it work? Can you connect in your cabin or off your deck? Please help with this question. Thanks.:)

Radio - would you please report on the disembarkation upon return to Cape Liberty - we will be there at the end of the summer for the first time and someone recently reported it was very difficult to maneuver the port. Your impressions and tips, please.... :o Thank you.

The Wi Fi is very fast, 2530kbps (WOW) and they have added some new packages.

I probably missed something... please clarify about Wi Fi. Is there a cost for it? Readily available? Not available in the cabins? Please fill me in - we will be sailing on EOS and would like to know how the Wi Fi system works. Thanks!
