Are you doing Eastern or Western? I recently posted the Fun Times from my May 9-16 Western Glory cruise. They won't be the exact same, but they may be of a little help anyway.

Hear it's included but we always tip extra for excellent service, if given. Also, if you reserve on the first night in the Steak House you will receive a free bottle of wine (for the table, not per person).

Wow, this is good to know. I will change my reservation to the first night for a bottle of wine.

as of today unable to any more.. guess I will just save up and order my booze on board through the fun shops.. :-/ new policy wont stop me from cruising.. love it too much. :-)

Ugh. New policy starts 2 days before we embark. I have a plan and if it works i will share it.

New policy won't stop me either, I'm Ok buying some of my drinks onboard. Is it cheaper to preorder liquor through fun shop or is it the same price as on the ship?

Great review... Going on the same cruise in about a month. Not sure if I want to try the water bottle trick that worked for you or the rum runners???

Glad to hear that there will be excursions offered.

We are looking at the excursions for our Eastern Caribbean and l wanted to know from those that have been there, are excursions offered at all the ports that are not carnival excursions where we can book it there? We are planning on booking something through Carnival but don't want to book everything through carnival as we might want to do something different by the time we get to that port.

I know on our Alaska cruise, there were booths at every stop with excursions. I'm just not to sure what to expect as these ports seem smaller. We are going to half moon cay bay, St Thomas, San Juan, and Grand Turk.

I wouldn't call you a chump, but if my room service order is wrong then I'll tip when they get it right. A little behavior modification.

This is how I would do it too. Tips are for doing a great job and shouldn't be expected.

I thought they got a share of the mandatory tip? How does that work?

I just purchased my FTTF for our July 11th cruise on the glory.. We still have 70 days for our cruise.

After see what the FTTF is I hope you get it. Ours was $59 so it looks like it went up from $49.

I'm learning the abbreviations and can usually figure them out, but what is FTTF? Free to the first? Are you talking upgrades and where would you look?
