I've tried searching high and low on CC trying to find menus for this cruise, and I'm unsuccessful. Trying to plan which night(s) to make reservations for the specialty restaurants! We are cruising during Christmas and New Years, not sure if Princess offers special menus for holidays? Thank you :)

How funny... They are all good tours! We ended up booking the Spencer Ambrose Land, Sea, & Beach tour! Here's what made my decision easier: a) entrance to the mud bath/volcano is included, b) it's mostly by boat (my mom and I both get motion/car sickness and the roads sound scary!), and c) because it's by boat, I'm less concerned with getting back to the ship on time due to traffic, etc. [emoji4] I'm so excited to see St. Lucia!! Jalouise Beach looks amazing!

Yes. Also I have been told that if you prefer a better wine it is sold at a discount the first night.

You're referring to if you dine at the steakhouse the first night, right? Is there a list of wines given for free for the first night?

Is it possible to make reservations for the steakhouse beforehand? Our cruise isn't until June, but I'd love to reserve a table ASAP before it fills up.

My fiance and I will be going on the Carnival Liberty for a 7 day cruise out of San Juan on June 21. We are in our mid-late twenties and have cruised once on Carnival to the Eastern Caribbean. We will be going to St Thomas, St Kitts (apparently it will be Antigua or Dominica now), St Lucia, St Martin and Barbados. We love the beach and relaxing with drinks. We loved Half Moon Cay and Grand Turk. We would also love to go on one or two must do tours. We want to avoid taking ferries to other islands for sake of time. We are looking for suggestions for these islands! We are open to anything. Has anyone been to these islands and can recommend great beaches/bars/tours/etc? We will be at each place 8 am to 5 pm. Hi all!

I've been researching the best tours for our stop in St Lucia. My mom has a bad knee and is unable to do any extended walking or hiking. This is our first time visiting St Lucia, and we'd love to get a good feel of the island and enjoy all of its beauty! So far, we've narrowed it down to 3 tours:

Spencer Ambrose- Land, Sea, & Beach Adventure $100/pp

Spencer Ambrose- West Coast Island Delight $75/pp

Cosol- Full Day St Lucia Tour $75/pp

Any insight, advice, etc. is greatly appreciated! :)
