What are the best beach bars on Grand Turk? We are going there at the end of the month with Carnival, and we've heard about Jack's and the Sand Bar, but ar e there any other good ones (besides everything in the cruise center?)

We are going to GT at the end of the month with Carnival, and we really want to visit Pillory Beach...is there any cost to be on the beach? And are there any umbrellas and chairs to rent there? TIA!
