Is this the same beach that the Cruise excursion on Celebrity is $109.00

this is my question also. I don't understand how the ships tour is $109.00 but from the other posts it seems that it onl;y costs $20.00 to take a taxi.

Has anyone gone to Juanillo beach by another means other than the ships excursion? If so how much did it cost? The ship's excursion price $109.00 per adult which seems pretty exorbitant.
