Does anyone know what day this is on the carnival Liberty? Is it the sea day? Do you need to make reservations a head of time. Can I do that before I board the ship, if not where do I go as soon as I board the ship for reservations. What dinning rooms is it in. Thank you in advance.

Is there a public beach next to the hotel? If so what is the name of it. Would like to swim a little and check out casino too. Any info would be great

Going on a Carnival Cruise in October with my sister and her family. They have never been on a cruise. I just want to show them some basics. No excursions. Would like to take them to Atlantis Hotel just to see it. (no water park) Then would like to go to the Public beach next to Atlantis and ten head back and do some shopping. Its been awhile since I have been there. Years. Need help please, Is there still a public beach next to Atlantis? If so what's the name of the beach? Do we take a taxi from cruise port to beach/Atlantis? We are a party of 6, anyone know how much a person? Is there still a straw market near the port. If not where to shop. Thank you.

Can anyone tell me how good the internet is if I pay for the premium plan. I read a lot of rules. This is from Carnivals website: "
Restrictions:
- Only one device at a time can connect to wi-fi.
- Not all ships have internet available for purchase prior to sailing. All internet plans can be purchased once onboard.
- Satellite internet speed may vary depending on location and time of day
- Video streaming sites such as Hulu and Netflix are blocked
- Access to certain sites such as mature or violent content is blocked
- Cellular-network-dependent WiFi Calling and Facetime services are also not supported
- VPN connections are not supported - discuss your VPN limitations with your company’s IT department if you are planning to work while sailing. We are not able to change your settings onboard.
- No refunds after plan is activated on board
- Pricing for plans purchased pre-cruise vary from plans purchased at time of sailing
Can I still receive iMessages and use facebook messenger or facebook video chat. I will take the plan for the whole cruise.

I’ll be on the Liberty in 14 days! I probably won’t do a full review, but will try to post some general info when I return.
If you wouldn't mind maybe you could post the fun times, thank you.

I have. You get a lot of older fun times plus you get all the carnival ships( because you have the world “carnival liberty” in your search. You also get royal liberty because the word liberty. I just figured maybe I could get some useful newer info in one place. Thank you to anyone who helps.

We have 2 rooms booked under different names and we both took early seating, Can I go to the dinning room when we board the ship to check out out where are table will be and to double check we are sitting together. Also will they let us have a table for just the 5 of us. 2 in one room 3 in the other. We would prefer to be just us Where do I go to check all this out. Thank you

No one knows for sure since the ship hasn't sailed yet, but Margaritaville might be open. The comparable restaurant on Getaway (Flamingo Grill) is always open for lunch on embarkation, so maybe this one will be, too.
Is Margaritaville free?

This is the 4th consecutive NCL ship to offer a dinner show with a cover charge as one entertainment option.
SORRY I WAS JUST THINKING IT WAS NIGHT TIME ENTERTAINMENT SHOW. They only had 2 shows posted so far to make reservations for on our cruise.
-
Does anyone know why you have to pay $26.00 a person to see the John Huge show? Very disappointed they are now charging for some entertainment.
-
Thank you for clearing that up

I was on the Breakaway last week and the menu was still on the wall. If I remember most things were in the 4-5 dollar range. Did not order anything though.
I thought O'sheehans was free? Like the chicken pot pie and stuff
-
If you are looking for fun, hang out in the adults only Spice H2O area. It's upbeat and fun, much larger than Vibe, costs nothing, and on Escape it will be adjacent to Margaritaville for grabbing a burger.
Will Margaritaville be free?

Unfortunately I don't think Cagney's will be part of the UDP for much longer. I was told that Cagney's will be a la carte starting next month with a new menu.
Where did you hear this at? Cagney's is the reason we took UDP

The specialty restaurants that are included are:
Cagneys-steak lovers restaurant that included bone in ribeye steak. Wife had 8oz filet. Both enjoyed Mac n cheese, baked potato and onion rings. Oreo cheesecake for dessert. Enjoyed three times during our cruise.
Le bistro- French onion soup, table side carved ribeye for two. Potato gratin. French bread, and some decadent chocolate cake. Deliciously
Tepenyakki- entertainment mainly. Great fried rice, with choice of filet, chicken, shrimp, scallops, etc. we enjoyed the filet and chicken. Soup is like chicken broth. Dessert looks like green poop. Seriously
La Cucina- Italian, had chicken Parmesan, fettuccine. So full, from the delicious fresh baked bread. Loved the ambiance.
We didn't have Moderno. It is like a Brazilian steak house with tons of different meats and a huge salad bar. We opted for cagneys instead.
Osheehans- free 24 hour restaurant that serves up pretty much anything. We didn't go here as the food throughout the day will fill you up. Trust me.
The other specialty restaurants (ocean blue, wasabi, noodle bar )are not included. Hopefully this provides a little more detail on food.

I have absolutely NO CLUE why I posted about the Escape when this message says Getaway! Sorry for the bad info. Ignore the post I quoted. It must be because I have been reading the Everything Escape thread all day, and have it stuck in my brain. haha
No problem because we are actually going on the escape too so I was going to ask what peoples favorite dishes and restaurants were on there too. :) Any thing I should not miss out on.

Do something crazy and click on the link and find out. lol
Download Freestyle Dining Guide. It lists all venues for every ship in the fleet, complimentary and surcharge and the price.
I did click on the link but I didn't see where it told me what your favorite dish and restaurant was. Lol.
-
Thank you for the link. Was looking for a more personal opinion of different dishes in different restaurants also the link you posted is that just for the Getaway? Is there a Flamingos?
-
Going on the Getaway in 2016 and have promo UDP. Can you please list all the restaurants we can eat at for free including some like O'sheenans. Also some of the food each venue serves or your favorite dish . I heard Flammingos is a good place to eat. Is it opened all day and is that free for everyone or would it be like Cagneys? Which restaurants are opened on boarding day? Thank you in advance. :) Any info on dinning would be great.
