I bought this for my cruise next week: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00AW2QT8I/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o04_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Be sure to test it at home first with a piece of paper! Stick a piece of paper in it and seal it up and immerse it. If paper stays dry, you're good to go! Our paper got wet so we returned ours.

I am also cruising Escape to the W Caribbean, 2 weeks before you on Sept 30th. When I log into MyNCL it is showing me 79 excursions available to book. I do not have anything reserved yet and I'm not in Haven which would eliminate the HC cabanas
I am on the 9/30 sailing as well. When I logged in just now, I only have 30 available to book. And I am in Haven. Definitely inconsistent.
I used the printable versions from general ncl site to do my "shopping". Fortunately, the excursions I want were included in the 30 that they allowed me to have access to. So it's not negatively impacting me. But does make me wonder why I would have fewer options than others.

Really enjoying this thread! Praying I don't see any red tape on doors during future cruises

Even though there have been others from your sailing that have posted on this thread, you would probably have a better chance of connecting with a foodie from your sailing by posting on your roll call and setting something up at your meet n greet regarding when you'll dine at Pinchos.

Definitely! And I apologize for veering off topic.

Yes, you absolutely must use your remaining SDP credit for Pinchos. When we used ours (for lunch), we were seated, and the server knew we had SDP. Without being prompted, he brought us a plate of meats and cheeses to enjoy while looking over the menu. Then we told him to just feed us. He continued to bring more and more different items over the course of an hour or more, until we told him to stop. We sampled most everything on the menu, and the best things, we'd ask him to bring more. It was wonderful. If we ever had SDP again, this will definitely be how we'd use a credit again next time. The food is amazing, and the presentation is great. It's so fun to sit at the bar and watch the items being prepared by talented food artists.
I need to find a fellow foodie to do this with! My fiancé is not an adventurous eater. Anyone else on the 9/30 sailing interested in doing this together???

No not yet, have you?
Yes. There are plans for a meet & greet, slot pull, and possibly a cabin crawl. I don't know how to add a link to it here for you but there was a recent comment in the roll call, so it should be easy to find.

Wow! Was any explanation given as to how the atv ended up in the tree??? Reminds me of an old comedy, "The Gods Must Be Crazy"!

Does PVSA apply to private charters?

I've been on the Gem and the Breakaway. The Breakaway feels WAY more crowded than the Gem.

What is the weirdest thing you ever seen happening on an NCL ship! Just Curious.

Yup! I have unfortunately experienced the biohazard suit guys. On my honeymoon on the Escape last year, I got violently ill and they take their cleanup tasks very seriously.
