    First of all, don't stress.

Either call Eurofin or Celebrity will do it for you. If you are not getting anywhere send a direct message to Celebrity UK via Facebook or Twitter.

Also had no reply to DMs -  the issue is that it looks like 3 tests are required. May be able to combine one with ours (although there are no available slots now), a second the day before and a third at the terminal. But that’s just how I read a rather confusing email

Can someone please help? My daughter is 15 and I have booked via eurofins 2 weeks ago for her antigen test at the terminal on the day of embarkation.  Now she needs a pcr test. Went on her eurofins site and I cannot book a pcr test for her. Not sure what to do? Should she just come along with me when I get tested or what? Everything is just getting so stressful.  Thanks

We’re in the same situation - can’t get through to Celebrity on the phone. Eurofins won’t let us book advance tests for under 18s. Seems like they haven’t been communicating with Celebrity. We’ve also had two slightly different and contradictory emails from Celebrity about the new testing requirements but no detail on how to book them

  3. First time we’ve experienced smoking on balconies in 20+ cruises. We did report on several occasions... Not sure it’s linked to nationalities/experience - just people who think they can break the rules

As for sunbathing on the grass - I think there was just nowhere else for people to go

  4. We were on this cruise too. I would agree that the ship could barely cope with the additional passengers. We also gave up trying to get a sun bed or using the pool on a sea day. You could barely see the grass at the Lawn Club for sunbathers - ruled out boules or golf putting! I thought the crew worked really hard to manage the situation and the team in the Kid’s Club were (IMO) amazing.

We are usually in bed by 10pm as our children are young so we did not witness any of the issues late at night. Our main problem was other passengers smoking on their balconies... We have to cruise in school holidays but would probably avoid a Mediterranean itinerary out of Southampton in the summer again.

  5. Can I get a hint? Maybe not now, but closer to the sailing date?

Of course - of the 5 we hid in July 2016, 3 were still there in February 2017... (even after the refurb!)

We found a letter down the back of a drawer that had been there for almost 10 years and managed to reunite it with the sender.

Kept my kids interested and they loved reuniting the lost letter :)

  6. We were in the PH on Summit twice last year (6148) and the piano did absolutely work! We used it at a couple of parties we hosted and our children loved it. The old style floppy discs worked and there were 3 discs in the storage section of the piano stool.

If you are in 6148, look out for the notes that my children hid - including one near the piano!!

    have a great cruise
