No - just off Summit last week. The refurb was great and I think she’ll be with Celebrity for a while yet!

Our Eurofins results took just under 24 hours to come through. The results came through on the website link/account several hours before the emails - and whilst my husband and children got emails, I did not. Testing for the children at the terminal very quick - results in 10 minutes.

We signed up for it in advance of our cruise 2 weeks ago but no acknowledgementon board and no extra points 😞
-
We only paid for the photos we bought and got a good discount with Captain’s Club (Elite Plus). The didn’t just use the studio but venues around the ship - Lawn Club and with the sunset in the backGround

For the shoot and yes we were very happy with the pictures

First of all, don't stress.
Either call Eurofin or Celebrity will do it for you. If you are not getting anywhere send a direct message to Celebrity UK via Facebook or Twitter.
Also had no reply to DMs - the issue is that it looks like 3 tests are required. May be able to combine one with ours (although there are no available slots now), a second the day before and a third at the terminal. But that’s just how I read a rather confusing email

Can someone please help? My daughter is 15 and I have booked via eurofins 2 weeks ago for her antigen test at the terminal on the day of embarkation. Now she needs a pcr test. Went on her eurofins site and I cannot book a pcr test for her. Not sure what to do? Should she just come along with me when I get tested or what? Everything is just getting so stressful. Thanks
We’re in the same situation - can’t get through to Celebrity on the phone. Eurofins won’t let us book advance tests for under 18s. Seems like they haven’t been communicating with Celebrity. We’ve also had two slightly different and contradictory emails from Celebrity about the new testing requirements but no detail on how to book them

We used Best Guides St Petersburg two years ago and plan to use them again next year - they were excellent for a private tour

First time we’ve experienced smoking on balconies in 20+ cruises. We did report on several occasions... Not sure it’s linked to nationalities/experience - just people who think they can break the rules
As for sunbathing on the grass - I think there was just nowhere else for people to go

We were on this cruise too. I would agree that the ship could barely cope with the additional passengers. We also gave up trying to get a sun bed or using the pool on a sea day. You could barely see the grass at the Lawn Club for sunbathers - ruled out boules or golf putting! I thought the crew worked really hard to manage the situation and the team in the Kid’s Club were (IMO) amazing.
We are usually in bed by 10pm as our children are young so we did not witness any of the issues late at night. Our main problem was other passengers smoking on their balconies... We have to cruise in school holidays but would probably avoid a Mediterranean itinerary out of Southampton in the summer again.

M Class - purely for the balcony

Captain Alex is amazing and the Solstice will be very lucky to have him 🙂

Great live review - 6148 on M Class ships is our favourite. Our kids hid secret messages in this PH last year....!
have a great cruise.

Agree - Captain Alex is great - always makes us smile with his sense of humour and kindness
-
Yes - in the toilet by the kid’s club entrance

Can I get a hint? Maybe not now, but closer to the sailing date?
Of course - of the 5 we hid in July 2016, 3 were still there in February 2017... (even after the refurb!)
We found a letter down the back of a drawer that had been there for almost 10 years and managed to reunite it with the sender.
Kept my kids interested and they loved reuniting the lost letter :)

I guess the notes my kids' hid are still safe... :D

Best Guides Tours in SPB were amazing. Irina was amazing with our kids (aged 5 and 6). They also loved the Grand Maket - kept them amused for well over an hour. Highly, highly recommended - best tour we've ever done with our kids

Hi
We took our own travel cot and (just) wedged it in the second bedroom. On a couple of nights when our baby son wouldn't settle and it disturbed his brother we moved him into the lounge.
We thought it was worth it

We were in the PH on Summit twice last year (6148) and the piano did absolutely work! We used it at a couple of parties we hosted and our children loved it. The old style floppy discs worked and there were 3 discs in the storage section of the piano stool.
If you are in 6148, look out for the notes that my children hid - including one near the piano!!
have a great cruise

No fireworks last night :(
As of 8am this morning, she still hasn't left and no word from the Captain.
Last night all guests were told to be onboard by 6am this morning.
