We just sailed on the Caribbean Princess last week. She is looking a little tired in some areas (some furniture and elevators), but aren’t we all!  One evening, two out of three toilets were unserviceable in one of the ladies rest rooms. They were all working the next morning. The kids were better behaved than some of the adults!  Ship was spotless and all crew amazing.

I also contacted our CVP yesterday and he confirmed our B2B cruises weren’t on the list. After I heard from him I looked at the email again with the list of destinations and Mexico wasn’t an option which is where we are cruising. We can’t complain though as we’ve got $1050 in OBC already for 11 nights and we got a promotion of the Premier package for the cost of the Plus package.

On Ruby currently. We are going to Prince Rupert in a couple of days. No Victoria. Not too bummed. I never liked Victoria. Prince Rupert is a new port for us so willing to look around even if not much is going on there. 

If you didn’t like Victoria, you’re sure as #$&* not going to like PR!!!!

Does anyone know of any cruise lines, other than Princess, that will honour Princess Captain’s Circle status?

Thank you all for the tips and suggestions. It looks like the best thing to do is ask our driver to make a stop. I presume there are drug and/or grocery stores on our way where we could make a quick stop.

We are flying into NYC early 1 November to sail on the Regal for 10 days departing from Red Hook. Can anyone tell us how early the ship accepts luggage for our cruise? And, how far would we have to go from the pier to buy wine?

Anyone know when and where the crown offers bogo

Just got off an 8 day and a 5 day cruise on the Crown. Happy hour in the Wheelhouse every day from 3-4 (except the first day) and Skywalkers either 10-11 or 11-12. Check the Patter for hours. The bartenders must open all beer purchased during happy hour, then you can consume them wherever you wish.

We are doing B2B cruises in Dec 17 out of Ft Lauderdale. Is there a wine store handy to the port where we can purchase our wine for the second cruise?

Hopefully we will receive medical clearance in two days to travel and there will still be cabins available for either the TA to London or Hamburg. My question is, which side of the ship do they dock on?
