No, E-736 is not private. I didn't know that when I booked it, but the only time I saw anyone back there was during the canal transit.

Here are a couple of pictures. One is balcony cabin E-736, as taken from the aft balcony. The other is the Emerald aft balcony, as taken from E-736. The balcony curves around and you can see to the back. People on the aft balcony can also see around to your balcony. There's a door at the end of the hall to get to it. There are aft balconies on a few other decks. I don't remember exactly which ones (it's been over 4 years since our Coral cruise).
FYI - had we known about the aft balconies on the Coral, we would have booked an inside room. We could have saved $600/pp and still had a great view of the canal!

I sometimes get vertigo, but not sick as you describe. My boss swears by a product called Airborne (walmart sells it). He often gets sick after air travel. Maybe that would help prevent your symptoms next time.

Emerald Princess which deck is best for balcony cabins?

If you are considering booking a BE, you might consider booking it as a guarantee. There are usually only 4 BE cabins on Princess' ships, therefore, you stand a good chance at an upgrade, especially booking a year ahead.
My personal favorite category on Princess is BB, larger balcony and partially covered. Great for sunning when you want a quiet place to go rather than by the pool.
Good luck!
