  1. I have found my group of people!!!!! SO is always saying that I am not happy unless I'm planning. Well..... he's not lying. I have gotten great suggestions reading this tread. Thanks everyone for all your input. I love doing the spread sheets with costs and different excursions. I also do the envelopes and was extremely happy to know I wasn't the only one. I downloaded the tripit app like suggested on this thread and I do like the linear outline. I know this is over the top but my SO joked to do a keynote presentation (powerpoint for non-mac users) of the trip to get us excited. I actually did it. It had the day to day itinerary and pictures and descriptions. It actually came out pretty good and it did its job. We leave next Thursday to tour around Paris and Rome before our Greek Isles Cruise. We are super excited!!

  2. Hello,

I was on the Baltic cruise last year in August. I used SPB tours for 5 ports. The 1st day the lines were ridiculous but everyone got through and we started our tour early enough. I did the 2 day St Petersburg. It was jam packed with activity. We did get to go to Catherine's Palace. The 2nd day was much faster. I really liked their company and they did everything very professional.

  3. Glad you are getting upgrades!! Congrats! We are going on 10 day NCL cruise from Rome on aug 30. Have not heard about my upgrade offers yet. Has anyone heard anything about this particular cruise and upgrades? (Norwegian spirit) I hope they dont wait until last moment! We are leaving on 8/27 so if we don’t get upgraded until the last minute, we will be gone already.

    Hello,

I am also on this cruise. I bid from an inside stateroom to a balcony. I was notified of the great news on 7/25. I didn't expect the email until way later but was very pleasantly surprised.

  4. We love Disney, are getting married Disney actually lol. I know I’ll love the Disney ship, but the ports on Norwegian are better. For Disney they only go to Dublin, Belfast, Greenock Scotland, and Liverpool. The ones for Norwegian seem like places that are harder to get to on another trip. The bad reviews for the boat are scary though lol

    Hello FSU girl,

I am from Miami (I'm wondering if your username is because you are also from Florida?). I am cruising next month with Spirit. I have also read mixed reviews but decided to give it a try. But I am also booked on the same itinerary you are talking about next year in Sept on the Spirit. The ports called to me. So I'm hoping my experience next month will convince me to stick with the itinerary next year. I'm sure it will! Congrats on your engagement.
