So as far as nausea, get a relief band. They are wonderful. For early boarding get faster to the fun or get a late boarding time and it won’t be as crowded.

In some ways it would be nice to have Trooper's relief box on the balcony, but that might not be the best solution for us. He is used to walking a block or so from our condo to his morning pee spot, and later in the day we walk about two blocks before he is ready to poop. (Gives us both a little exercise, too.) We could try and see how it goes. Important thing is that I do not have a mobility disability so am more flexible in my needs than others might be.
On a 2 week cruise Carnival placed a potty box on our balcony and up on a deck. It was nice to have options, although my friends dog didn’t like the one up on deck. He refused to use it, so it was good we had the one on our balcony. If your dog has never been on a cruise , you may want to have both just in case.

I thought you could only use the passport card for Mexico and Canada, unless that has changed. Do your research. You don’t want to get to the ship and not have proper documents

Helicopter excursion in Hawaii
Are service dogs allowed onboard the Helicopter? I want to book this but concerned they might not let my boy go with me.
I would be surprised if they let the dog go. Liability reasons

There are lock boxes that you can lock to a chair or a tree, many different ones out there.

Get scopolamine patches and possibly some ginger pills and you will be fine. Enjoy!

I like both cruise lines and have been on multiple cruises on both. Try out NCL so you can judge for yourself. Hope you have a great trip and don’t eat too much.

Just off the 3 day on the Inspiration, on formal night multiple people had shorts and jeans on.
Ensenada take the shuttle into town $3 r/t and they offer a La Boufadora tour $17 instead of the $60 ship tour. Then you can walk into town afterwards and have a beer.
I have stayed at the Queen Mary, it wasn't before a cruise, but that would make it really convenient!

In April we did teppanyaki twice, it is so good. Cagneys, moderno are always good. Bayamo was great. It just depends on the type of food that you like, you really can't go wrong with any of them!

On our Hawaii cruise, in addition to cash I also picked up chocolate covered macadamia nuts for the crew. They loved them!

I an an ER nurse, we did a recent cruise to Hawaii. Really rough seas going out. We both used scopolamine, and meclizine and had plenty of cocktails with no problems. Yes it might make you a little more tired, but other than that worked like a charm.

Just in Miami in April for cruise and we used uber for everything. There are a ton of drivers so the wait is super short. I highly recommend using uber in Miami, it is super convenient.

There are a ton of taxis and shuttles you can book right then. Some people like to have it all planned ahead of time. LAX is only 18 miles away, I think. Of course it all depends on traffic but it doesn't take long to get between airport and port.

Just got off the escape in April. It is an amazing ship, dining might take a little bit of planning but if you like to eat late you will have no problem!

Last cruise we tipped our cabin steward on first day and he was tripping over himself for the 15 day cruise to get us anything we needed.
