We had an aft last Christmas... Loved it. Would take it again in a heartbeat. Beautiful bathroom. Gorgeous balcony and view ... loved sitting out there

The Dawn does not have a separate Haven section. You are treated to a breakfast and lunch offering in Moderno/Cagneys.

You still have access to your Butler and concierge service.

We love the Breakaway ⚓️. As many have said vacation is what you make of it [emoji38]

We are going on her again Dec 18th and can't wait !!!! This will be our 4th cruise (2 on Dawn & 2 on Breakaway).

Wow. I have only read the first 2 pages and shaking my head ... We have sailed Haven and non Haven .. Upsell and full price ... You get what you pay for ... Am I wrong for taking advantage of an upsell ?

There are so many perks that make it worth it especially when you are on a full ship ( Christmas) ...

We do not go around the ship touting we are "Haven" peeps but we do take advantage of what it offers-

If you can do it go for it ... But please don't look down on those of us that do enjoy it

Life is short ... You only get one walk around the world ... Live like you can and love every minute ...

It is sad some think that just because FULL fare was not paid that it means automatic misbehavior

We have been in suites 2 times and 1 scheduled for this Christmas... We upsold our previous cruises and paid full fare for Christmas... Plan on behaving again just as we (hubby, me & 16 yo daughter) do on all our trips - cruise or not.

It is discouraging when some spoil it for others yes ... But do I let it ruin my trip NOPE ... My time my vacation my memories ... Life is to short ..

We were on the Dawn in August and went to the spa. While we have not been in any other one we used it quite a bit. The steam room and sauna were nice. Enjoyed the hot tubs. The lap pool was a bit to chilly for me. I didn't enjoy the heated lounge chair just used a couple of towels to make it a bit more comfortable. Would definitely get passes again. Enjoy your cruise [emoji907]

I booked after 6pm on Wednesday and left that Friday ... If you can do it ... Have fun!

Where do you get the cabs? At the dockyard or do you ferry into Hamilton?

The cabs will be right at the pier as you exit the ship

The taxi tour you mentioned, where did you find the great driver? We go in a month and since we have been there before wanted to try something new. A taxi tour sounds great!

We have also had the pleasure of Sydney ... Highly recommended!! All of the cab drivers know each other. I would suggest getting out there early and just ask around for him - you won't be disappointed

I was not successful in getting any reasonable rates ☹️

We are currently a party of 5 going from Southeastern New Hampshire ... Getting pricing for a private van that would be willing to pick up and drop off along the way to and from the pier. Is there anyone else on here that is interested ? I know that I do not want to have to worry about driving and parking in NY

preppykate08 ... We were also on the tour and in a suite ... Had a great time !!We also had the wonderful opportunity to go with Mr Sydney on the 2nd day we were in port ... It was the best way to see the island and get details that you would not necessarily get otherwise and being able to have a personal tour ... Glad that you had a great time

good morning. Looking to see if there are any fellow MA/NH cruisers heading out on the Breakaway for the Christmas cruise that would be interested in renting a bus to get to port ... LimoLiner is comfortable and affordable if we can get a crew together ....

What are your thoughts?

Haven on the Breakaway is awesome.... Separate lounge area separate dining area, pool area etc. if you want anything that is available on the ship ... They will get it for you .. The level of attention you receive is spectacular

We were in a aft penthouse over Christmas ... Walk to Haven was good for exercise [emoji6] (drank & ate ALOT). Our butler was attentive .. No issues. Enjoy - the balcony is the best [emoji93]

Bellaloomp ... We will be in 11106 over Christmas ... How is the cabin ? Did you have my issues with motion due to the position of the bed? We were in an Aft balcony last year so it will be a lot different for us this cruise

We had an aft balcony on the BA in December ... It was great !!!! After the first day ... The walk is not long at all ... End Of The Rainbow !!!! Super special - worth every step.

The suite is awesome !! Have a great time

Being that you are looking at a Haven suite you will also be able to eat at the Haven Restaurant as well .... New menus and looks pretty good

You might want to consider adding a bit more for tips as you will have a Butler as well as Concierge
