We will be on the Getaway next week. What is the best VOIP to use? We currently have apps for skype, google voice, Iplum and just added NCL's IConciege. We have a business and will mainly use email to stay in touch. However we may need to call the office. What would be our best option? Also what are the costs?

I reserved a car with Alamo at Punta Langosta. If this is not the right port, I'll cancel and make a new reservation at the right port.

I have googled and found a few sites, however none of them show the Getaway for 2/2/4/2017.

Does anyone know which pier in Cozumel the Getaway will be at 2/24/17? I called NCL, but they said they didn't know. I would like to rent a car and need to figure out the closet rental places are.

Also, I would like to rent snorkel equipment. Anyone know where to rent some?

We will arrive in Cozumel on the Getaway 2/24/17. I'm trying to figure out which Alamo office would be closet to port. Unfortunately, NCL told me they have not determined which port the ship will be in. Anyone know which office would be best to use under these circumstances?

I just spoke with a NCL shore excursion representative and was told there is no immediate plans for ferry service from Harvest Caye to Malacate or anywhere on the Mainland. NCL will be only option for shore excursions.

Is wifi good on the Jewel of the Seas? Will have access in our cabin? Can use Skype? We will be in the Caribbean. We have a business and need to keep in contact.

We have a business, so we do need to keep in touch. We will be on the Summit. I was hoping to use Celebrity wifi, so could take shore excursions and not have to look for wifi. Now I'm thinking we may need to purchase both. AT&T's plan is expensive.

Has anyone here used AT&T's Cruise Ship cell phone data package? Any opinions/comparisions on which is better AT&T or Celebrity'? Would they actually have the same speed /wi-fi connection?

Go over to TripAdvisor's cruise forum and ask the same question. They do make recommendations. I am using a TA highly recommended on that site. We saved over 20% plus obc and drink packages.

I don't know if our savings are typical or we just got lucky because they had a good deal on the cruise and cabin we wanted.

I usually handle all our travel arrangements, but the savings was enough for me to give the TA a try. I did check for reviews and found only a few minor complaints that could happen with any business.

Thank you for your response. I'm sorry I did not see it earlier. We have chosen Celebrity. We have booked cabin 7080. It has a large balcony that is covered.

Has anyone stayed in either of these cabins? I like that they have large balconies, however I'm concerned about being too far forward. I have read there's noise from the ship in the forward area I've only been on two cruises and both times our cabin was mid ship. Any help is appreciated.

I saw this cabin on the sticky for M-class ship Balconies. The comments were positive; however I'm wondering if the balcony is covered? Also, is the rest of the cabin in good condition?

I think I'm about ready to book this cabin and would appreciate any information I haven't thought to ask.

I'm new to Cruise Critic. I have only been on two cruises and those were several years ago. I'm looking at Southern Caribbean cruises on Celebrity Summit or possibly Carnival Fascination. Their itineraries are very similar.

I would like to have a balcony room. Do either of these ships have covered balconies?
