We were on the same cruise. Quarantined for 10 days. I called very early Wednesday morning. Spoke to a delightful woman who agreed to expedite our refund. According to her we should receive it 7 - 14 days. She would not or could not tell us how much we would receive as we booked through a travel agent n

I had a similar problem when I was charged on day of disembarkation for "Deal or No Deal" I wrote to the following people and I did get a call back and eventually the charge was removed. Good Luck

We are some of the "old folks" who had the pleasure of seeing her at our community club house. She was just as good...if not better than the many wonderful times we've seen her on cruises.

Thank you so much for all the information. We researched many of your suggestions and finally came to the conclusion that using Blackberrycars was the right solution for us. We had never considered a private transfer and if it hadn't been for your helpful information we would not have been able to book a relaxing way to start off our cruise. Once again...thank you.

We are arriving a day early before our cruise. Thinking of using National express to get to southampton How far is the walk from terminal 3. To the bus terminal. Is it a difficult walk, although we are in great shape we are pushing 80 ? Any other alternatives rather than the bus? Thanks.

We are booked on the equinox in a room on the slant with the expectation of a foot stool. My husband also has back problems and thought we'd be spending most of the time, sitting on our balcony reading. We have been sailing on Celebrity since 2001 with over 40+ cruises and have seen loss of services and luxuries removed year after year. The problem isn't really the removal of the foot stools but the constant reduction of services. I have introduced Celebrity to many of our friends who are now Celebrity customers. Although we will continue to sail on Celebrity I am now hesitant to recommend them to new friends.

We will be sailing with a premium beverage package. Our friends who will join us for dinner will not have a beverage package. If we bring a bottle of our own wine to the table can we share it with our friends?
