The offer sheet in the room was for the free Seattle service. There was no charge, your flight needs to depart after 12.
Contrary to last year some international flights were included.
Oh that’s disappointing 😢 our flight has been changed to 11.15am so I was hoping the cut off would be 11am and we would get to use it. We have the Key though so will just need to get off early and self carry.

Wow Hubbard Glacier looks spectacular.
Thanks everyone for all the awesome information and photos. We cruise on 28th June and cant wait.
Ive been on Anthem before and can’t wait to be back on a Quantum Class. 270 is my favourite place to be out of any ship I’ve ever been on.

What an awesome review, thank you! We have just booked our first MSC cruise on Bellissima after 12 cruises with RC and therefore our first YC experience. I can't wait now after reading your review!

Actually the 2 piers at Mallory square are pier M for small ships that is damaged and pier B for larger ships that is ok. The pier further in the back is pier OM in the Navy area. The only Royal ship affected by the damage is Empress and it will become an issue only on days with three ships in port. This will apply two times in January.
I’m due in on Empress on 1st January. Not sure yet what will happen 🤷♀️

Hello,
I think there are many that look upon the drinks package as less of an opportunity but more as a challenge. I came back from the Indy in May telling my TA never to accept a booking/enquiry from me again for an RCI three nighter.
Having said that, I wangled my way onto a TA's promotional 2 night cruise on Celebrity a couple of years back, and they were just as bad.
But whilst I don't doubt what has been posted thus far, what will the conversation be like on board when someone tries to buy a drinks package? Will they have to declare their nationality/place of residence?
Regards,
Cublet
I told my TA the same. I was on that cruise too, it was just a total booze cruise and the bars were rammed 6 deep. It was very “not Royal Caribbean”. We had friends sailing with us on their first cruise, I don’t know how it didn’t put them off doing another. It certainly would have put me off if it was my first.
I can totally appreciate why they’ve did this.

I just hit the subscribe button as loving your lowest form of wit so far.
I’ve not been on Allure but have been on her wider girthed sister. Neither do I cruise solo, although I really hope to do so someday, once the 15 year old locust who lives with me disappears to Uni and the lovely husband I have sees that it makes sense, since he has an employer with limited holidays and I’m my own employer with unlimited holidays. Shame that!
He’ll see it’s only fair that I take the hit to advance us on double points towards the elusive diamond status [emoji51]
Looking forward to the rest of your review!

I'm guessing he's from Naples in Florida which was hit hard by Irma. I truly hope all is well and can understand their need to prioritise right now.

Of course, that makes sense! :( I hope they're ok!

Is nobody else wondering if something has happened to the OP?

I've had a few errors doing this in the past, sometimes it's been the way the name has been entered on their system, such as I'd been putting in O'Neill and it was on the system as O Neill

I've always got the refer a friend credit and always book via TA. I've got 5 pending for 21st October sailing.

We have MTD. Our plan is to see the welcome aboard show at 7:15. What's that 1/2 hour - 40 minutes? Then dinner. Then probably back to the cabin.
I'll try to add my next entry after that. Maybe even a little during dinner, (if my boss lets me). :halo:
Harvey
Harvey if you get the chance could you take menu pics too please?

Has anyone seen any reports on how Ponce in Puerto Rico has been affected?

Can highly recommend Alla Tours, we did a Baltics cruise this year and they arranged our tours in St Petersburg, Copenhagen and Tallinn. They offer a package for more than one port. They were reliable and it was great to be in small groups for each tour.
Early entry to places such as the Hermitage before the big bus tours arrive. Everything was booked through their website and they have a messenger system on it which made for excellent communications.

if you are asking if y'all can just show up unannounced as a group and commandeer the venue, then no. the Chapel ( assuming there is still one on board) can be used for other things like Friends of Bill W or Friends of Dorothy Meetings. plus you may have other people there praying or even just sight seeing.
So I'd assume that friends of bill w or friends of Dorothy book out the space somehow and I could do the same via RC?

So if I wanted to have a gathering of say 10 friends in the chapel on a Sunday night at 6.30 to renew our vows privately, do you think that would be ok, or would I need to get the ok from RCI?

I put my hands up, I put my tray outside my cabin door! I thought this was the expected thing to do!
I worked in hotels for years and it was expected that our guests would leave their trays outside their hotel room doors for staff to collect.
I thought I was being polite to my room steward by putting them outside for room service to collect, rather than expecting him/her to do it. Who knew?!

Avoid the coffee at all costs in Windjammer on RC ships. It's evil! [emoji83]

Wow this sounds awful 😮
Drop an email to royalguestrelations@rccl.com If I’ve had any problems on a cruise they’ve been great and I think probably your best bet for post cruise problems too.
