We are going on princess star for 15 days. Is the coffee card unlimited or do you only get certain amount? How is the coffee on board ship would we even need it?

We are going on princess star. One of our stops is Kauai. What can we do there. We pretty much have shore excursions planned in Hilo Maui and Oahu but not there. We don't want to do fern grotto or canyon as we have done that before. Anything interesting? Any good sites to go for shore excursions? Karen and Darrell
