We looked at that and cruise only plus our own flight booking was about the same price as booking the cruise with the flights !!

Yeah their system is not very flexible, I`m sure many people must have to change their arrangements.

Like the idea that they can`t resell `my seats` !!

I assume we just report to reception on changeover day to get new cabin cards or try during 1st cruise to keep same cabin .

Thanks for the reply, did you notify Thomson that you were not using the return and outbound flights ?

Booked cruise from 1st to 8th October then decided to extend.

Thomson wanted to cancel first cruise than book 2 week cruise losing 90% of amount paid.

Have now booked second cruise complete with flights.

We will not now be using return flight and outward flight on 8th.

Has anyone else done this and if so any problems ?

Thanks for the replies, guess we`ll use a rucksack for hand luggage which can carry stuff not packed.

I am going on my first cruise next week. I see they ask for your cases to be put outside the cabin by 2 am on the morning of departure. Is it possible to just take my cases up myself when I vacate the cabin ?
