  1. I just got off the phone with Carnival and asked them about this exact question. I explained that I have asthma and sometimes need to do a breathing treatment as soon as we board. I asked if we would need FTTF to go along with our suite so we could have access immediately. I was told that since we are in a Grand Suite we would have access as soon as we board. I hope this is true b/c I want to be prepared in case I need the treatment.

  2. The week's before and after are Western Itineraries with few if any changes.....the Eastern Itineraries which include St. Thomas, St. Maarten, San Juan etc were heavily impacted by the hurricanes and sustained a lot of damage....the Western itineraries to Cozumel, Honduras, Belize did not!

    Carnival Magic– November 4

Departing Port Canaveral on a 7 day cruise to Amber Cove, Grand Turk, Half Moon Cay and Nassau.

    Carnival Magic– December 2

Departing Port Canaveral on a 7 day cruise to Amber Cove, Grand Turk, Half Moon Cay and Nassau.

These are Eastern Cruises before and after ours that they are referring to.

If the cruise that is Eastern before and after ours can go why can't we?

Glad we get to go at all, but VERY disappointed that we are not getting to do Eastern ports. I agree it would be nice to be able to contribute to their economy.

  3. This is only our 2nd cruise. We were just discussing the Cheers package this weekend for our upcoming cruise on Magic in November. We decided to go for it. We like the idea of getting all of our drinks included. If I want milkshakes, frozen drinks, champagne, water. I don't have to think about it. Hubby can drink his beers and if it gets warm grab a new one. I really don't care of we break even or not. Just looking forward to relaxing and enjoying ourselves with no worry about the cost! 😁

  4. I should know better than to ask smart-a questions. I apologize.

Each serving is small. And if you note on your reservation request that you have food issues the Chef will meet with you in advance and alter recipes for your portions of each item.

    Enjoy!

No apologies necessary. Trying to be prepared did seem like a silly thing to say. I am a little nervous as sometimes my tummy can be disagreeable.

Thank you for your help! I really appreciate It! ❤

  5. It was to have been implemented on the Dream class first. I believe it is on all three now, Dream, Magic, and Breeze. I don't know how many others have it.

How are you going to prepare?

I had Gastric Sleeve surgery April 2016. So I can only eat a very small amount, lol. My DH LOVED the chef's table when we sailed the Glory in 2015. So he wants to do it again. My tummy can be sensitive and if I know the menu ahead of time I will know which foods will be easier for me to eat and what to save room for. 😉

  6. From what I have found on Google there seems to be a new menu and the old menu still. Depending on what ship you are on. Does anyone know which one the Magic has on it now?? We are going to be on the Magic Thanksgiving week 2017 and are already confirmed for the Chefs Table. I really want to try to know the menu so I can be prepared. :D

  7. Thank you DJ! The price of the balcony room was not a problem. I tried to pick a room where there is cabins above and below us. There is only three 2 of us and we don't mind the walking, may help walk of done of the food, lol. I was a little concerned after reading some about the difference in the movement of the boat. :)
