Good to know there are available pool deck chairs- but I have another related question. Are there shady areas to lounge at the pool? Looking at photos of the Lido deck on Magic, I don't see any obvious areas. Help please?

Why don't they just give you a boarding number based on what time you check in?

Exactly HOW close is the cove balcony to the water? Would it be scary if the weather kicked up?
Anyone know if the 18+ comedy shows are strict on age or is that just a recommendation?

I thought SAS did not pick up in Miami to go back to FLL? I was under the impression that they are FLL outbound only.

Many of the shows are available to reserve online prior to the cruise. That saves you having to take time to do it whilst onboard.
But when will you start to see availability online? How far out from your cruise? Also, does the Escape even take reservations ahead of time for most things?

There is a new-ish restaurant between Senor Frogs and the British Colonial Hilton- Lukka Kairi. Try it, good food and a casual atmosphere!
Also I recommend shopping for rum cakes and a visit to Pirates of Nassau museum if you have never been, its a good way to spend a half hour or so. These things are all within a short walk of the cruise dock.

Older teens, yes. Younger teens, not so much.
Would they kick them out if they are behaving appropriately yet look young? Or is it up to the parent to decide what is appropriate?

I would think teens would be OK at Howl even "after hours"?

RCCL is doing 2017 from San Juan- Adventure of the Seas

I did not feel uncomfortable or threatened in Nassau. Do your homework and have a plan. Know where you're going and how to get there (walk, taxi) Don't wear expensive jewelry or flash your money/phone/etc around. I've read that you should say please, thank you, and especially GOOD MORNING/AFTERNOON/EVENING to people you come in contact with (just use good manners really but a little goes a long way). Same as any other city!

Do they find a place to show the "big" sporting events on board like Super Bowl, World Series, and the Olympics?

Does anyone know whether NBC is available on the TV on NCL ships?

Looking at AOS possibly for next year- is it better to be in the center of the hump or toward the edges? Which gives the biggest balcony?

What do kids do? Do they need to bring ID off the ship or not? I can bring a copy of their passport if needed.

If the stateroom sleeps 4, and you only have 3 people, can you ask the steward to only make up the Pullman so you can still sit on the sofa?

Anyone know if the menus change seasonally? I would think with certain fruits in season in summer, for instance, they would make adjustments.

I am very interested in the Allure but also the Anthem. Has anyone sailed both, and if so, why pick one over the other (outside of the obvious NJ vs. FL embarkation port)?

I don't know if this has been answered yet but I'd like to know how you use the arcade on the Escape? Specifically how are charges applied? Do you purchase an arcade card to swipe in the games or do you swipe your room card every time you play a game? I hope someone can answer this. Also how much games cost per play, standard arcade prices?

So shots are included in the UBP then? They are under $15.

Is the mini-bar the fridge for the room? Can you ask them to empty it before you arrive?

Considering the ship excursion (we are in port 7am-3pm). Now I see many of you have done self excursions and used the ferry. My questions:
1. Where is there a listing of ferry times and prices?
2. What should you bring to the Baths and can I lock up wallets, etc., before going in the water?
3. Are hiking sandals good or should we have closed toes (water shoes)?
4. How long do people stay if they do the self excursion? I do want to get back to Road Town and see the town a little bit.
Hoping someone can answer my questions. Thanks!

Not sure I follow?
Why is it about being Disney Fan thing, being first in line?

It's mainly a WDW thing, everything is booked 180 days in advance and people rush to get the most desirable bookings as soon as the booking window opens.

Does this mean that the July 2022 Caribbean sailings for Allure are NOT a go?
