Sorry, I was not clear.  I meant ahead of time, prior to boarding the ship.  

Is there any where to go to view what the menu will be, day by day, in the MDR for a specific ship/cruise?  I will be on the Nieuw Amsterdam in the Caribbean on February 15, 2020.

Does anyone know the outcome of the $10 extra charge for a 2nd entree trial run?  I haven't heard anything about it.  Has HAL made a decision yet?

Thank you so much for your input. Just to clarify, are you suggesting that we take a taxi to the cable car, and then once we have finished with that, the entrance to the Old Town will be near by? :)

Will be in Dubrovnik on Saturday, June 25, 2011, on HAL's Nieuw Amsterdam. Would like to know where we will be docking, and is it feasible to walk to the Cable Car from the dock, if so, how far is it? How long of a wait is it usually at the cable car? Would like to go to the Old Town after that. Sounds like the return cable car ride will take us to the Ploce Gate at the eastern entrance. Is that good? Also, would love to experience some local food since I am half Croatian. What would you recommend? :)

What do you mean about the "X" markings? I just booked Cabin 7184, Sunrise Deck, on the Solstice. Are you referring to something being on the balcony wall and/or on the door into the cabin? If so, is the view obstructed in anyway?

We will be taking a cruise in September of 2006, ending up in Montreal. Any suggestions on what we could do with our luggage since our flight is not until 4:00 p.m. and we would like to visit downtown Montreal on our own after disembarking the ship? Really don't want to go to the airport first and then back to downtown and then back to the airport. Would the Port of Montreal terminal have anywhere for us to leave our luggage? :)
