Buenos Aries was an overnight on our cruise. A tango show with lunch excursion was offered both days by Princess. We did it the first day. Lots of people did it the second day and the busses took them to the airport. They arrived with about a 3 hour wait for flight time.

In January of this year we sailed on the Emerald from Santiago to Buenos Aries. Our West Coast flight on Delta through Atlanta did not leave until 8 at night or so. Our transfers took us to the airport and we had about an 8 hour wait until our flight. Booked through EZAir. Long wait in the terminal.

Going on the 17th, Santiago to Buenos Aries. Wife’s birthday is the 20th, the second sea day. Anyone know which are the formal nights.

Thanks to all,
Just thinking about shops and such around the port or tender areas for souvenirs and things.

Our group has 7 cabins on the Emerald in January. Are American dollars good in the ports on the cruise? Jan17th 2018.

Stayed in that room in Oct. 2016. No problems. Exit the lift and turn left. Real convenient. No noise problems at all being so close to stairs and lifts.

Call Princess. We got off the Grand on Oct. 29th. I used Princess at Sea to for a future cruise credit. On Nov. 2nd nothing yet. I called Princess and they could see the transaction but nothing happened to it. They had to go through the Future Cruise Consultant on the Grand to apply it. All good and already booked another cruise.

Just got off the Grand yesterday. Best drinks on the rocks were at Vines Wine Bar. Arnie pours generously compared to other bars we visited. He runs over to the Piazza bar across the Atrium and does it himself. Very nice guy also. We had 8 of us and he always put tables together for us.

Last Nov. onboard the Grand Princess on a California Coastal the Queen Mary was free admission with cruise card. Did the Princess Diana exhibit and paid for that. Short walk from the ship.

Thank you.

Great pictures. Just a quick question. In Oct. my kids and grandkids are doing a BVE on our Cal. Coastal. How much of the immigration form has to be filled out for them? The whole thing or just name and passport number?

I stand corrected. Thank you

Isn't the cruise terminal in Fort Lauderdale called Port Canaveral?

That's you. Take it easy on our Giants today

Great review. Saw you at the Giants game last night. You had your white jersey on. I was the usher who asked for your field club tickets.

I live near SF and in Nov. we were backed in to Pier 27 on California Coastal. Have seen ship numerous times in port and always backed in. Starboard side lets you view the sunsets heading south for the first five days.

Also our first cruise in 83 or 84. went to San Diego and Ensenada. Had an inside cabin with 2 of our 3 children. A friend who was a travel agent put a 4 day package together and close to 100 people went. The ship only held 600 or 700 so everywhere we went on the ship there was someone we knew. Remember a rough night coming back to LA and practically everyone in the dining room left early to go get sick in their rooms. My wife wanted to know where the bowling alley was the next morning. I told her that was the waves hitting the ship probably right outside our lower level inside cabin. Booked a balcony cabin ever since.
