We will be on the POA early Oct 2019. We have the morning free on day 2 in Maui and Kauai. We would like to do some kayaking -
hopefully see some saline and/or amazing views. Which place is better? Any tour recommendations?
Thanks in advance!

Great review, really enjoying it. Keep it coming! 🙂 We go in Oct for our honeymoon

Great! We are cruising to Alaska. So the unlimited is approximately seven dollars a day per cabin?

What is the cost for the laundry service? We will be on the Noordam in September

I emailed with them and booked before.
At the port it seemed like there were a few drivers looking for passengers who didn’t have prior arrangements, but not too many of them.
Not sure how safe it is not to book in advance - maybe others know.
Great! Thanks...that will be next on my list. My understanding is that's a 45 min ride each way, so I'm wondering how long to plan to spend there if we want to walk Nugget Falls trail and check out the main area. Any suggestions? Trying to plan when it would be best to go....

I eventually used EverGreen, with the prices I posted.
Had a very nice driver (Shane), who also gave us some info about the area while we were driving.
Didn’t feel like I’m being “screwed”, the opposite - I feel like I got value for money.
Thanks for everyone for the advice and this great forum.
Thanks for the info and glad it worked out! Did you book with them before you sailed or call that day? We plan to use them as well. Thanks in advance

Sinppu- First thank you for your informative posts! We are coming in Mid August on the NCL Sun, I believe we dock at Hernesaari west. We are in from 7am-5pm.
1. Can we get bus 14 or 16 to the Rock Church? Then we can plan to walk through the sights to the Market Square. How far would that be?
2. Is it feasible to then take the ferry to the Fortress after getting a bite to eat at the Market? Will we have enough to stroll around the Fortress and enjoy it?
3. If I understand prior postings, a day pass will cover the bus and ferry, right?
Thank you again!!

Anni-
First thank you for all of your help with this thread....it's amazing!
Second, I've looked back through and it appears you can order the Meckleburg Lander tickets before your arrival. To get the 9:07 train to Schwerin you also need a single ride ticket to Rostock. I've looked online but can't seem to figure out how to order the lander ticket. Is it on the DB Bahn website? How early can you order the tickets....maybe 90 days prior?? Then you can just get a single ticket from a ticket booth in Warnemunde for the ride to Rostock, correct? On the return trip the Lander ticket will work all the way to Warnemunde, correct?
Thank you in advance!!

Hi Anni,
We wanted to give you a huge thank you for all your help! We went to Schwerin in late August. We bought the lander ticket on the internet before we left the states and with your help we got from Warnemunde to Schwerin and back easily. We loved Schwerin-the pretty lake near the train station, the Dom, the town square, and of course the beautiful castle! We ate in the Cafe Orangerie and enjoyed it very much! We also got a chance to spend a few hours in Warnemunde which was very nice too. I just wanted you to know that all your patience and very clear advice made a very positive difference in our vacation!
Thanks,
Nancy
Nancy-
This sounds exactly like what we want to do next August. Could you post more details on your day - cost, train stops and anything other tid-bits?
Anni-
I have enjoyed your posts and will need to look back for the ideas you gave Nancy. Maybe we will be fortunate enough to meet you as well! Thank you for the time you spend to educate so many of us on your area :)

Thank you Anni!
I think we will plan to go Schwerin Castle and then see Rostock and then Warnemunde.
Is there anywhere along that train ride we should also see? If we have 6 people in our group, I'm guessing we want the 5 person pass plus a single ride?
Thank you in advance!

Rostocker-
Your posts are wonderful and full of great info!! Just curious, is it possible and how long is the trip to get to Hamburg from Warnemunde? On Google maps it appears closer then Berlin.
Thank you in advance :)

Great news Susan, Thanks! I've read several older comments on those particular rooms and they all said it was a great deal, minimal obstruction. No one mentioned anything about noise but I was a little concerned.
-
We just booked this "obstructed view" cabin. I've found information saying this cabin isn't really very obstructed.
My question is, it looks like it's above the corner of the "Fyzz Bar & Lounge". If you've stayed in this cabin, is it loud late at night from the bar?
Thanks in advance:)
Thermal spa fees?
in Norwegian Cruise Line

We will be on the Encore in May and wanted to know the fees to use the thermal spa area or vitality pool/spa area? Can you get a 4 hr pass or something? I did a search and couldn’t find anything. TYIA
