From everything I have seen on the Celebrity website says that you can use the drink package on the island.
the packages pre-purchased or have chosen on the ship will be reflected in the bars and restaurants on CocoCay. If you’ve chosen All Included, you can enjoy cooling tropical cocktails, cold beer, and wine to your heart’s content.
Also it works for the wifi:
CocoCay has the same fast Wi-Fi as you’ll find onboard Celebrity’s ships, with different speeds available according to what you’ve purchased; for example, if you have chosen All Included, you will automatically be able to access Wi-Fi on CocoCay. Service may be limited on some of the beaches, but you should nonetheless be able to start uploading envy-inducing Instagram snaps as soon as you step ashore.

On all our CC sheets it said, "RSVP required. Space is limited".
How do you register? Can you do it before or do you have to wait until you are onboard?
Thank you for all your insights!

It’s usually on a sea day at around 11am. You will get a list of events in your cabin - I believe it’s for Elite and above
I looked on the Benefits sheet online and it says Select and above. We are newly Select and didnt know if it was it's own event or a separate.. interesting.

We will be going on Reflection on March 24th, but cant remember what the Captain's Club Wine Tasting is. Do you know what wine tasting event this happens during?

I agree with Team Stag.
Here on land, those with septic tanks have to be very careful on what toilet paper they use or it can be a major issue. It is even worse on a cruise ship. I am not going to say that Celebrity doesn't use the most cost-effective toilet paper, but it is also important that they use TP that works best with their wastewater system.
I have heard of people on here saying they would bring their own TP, but please do not. That can cause issues (blockages) with the pipes and it would be awful to have back-ups in rooms because you wanted to bring different TP.

Two things...
Comparables to the competition would be poignant. I don't have time to do it but I would imagine all of them have taken a dip recently.
In direct contrast, Celebrity says their owns NPS is higher than it has even been.
So, I think one of the reasons the NPS are higher is because staff is asking for high scores and we are afraid of lowering our score because we dont want it to hurt the wonderful staff. It isnt their fault that corporate is making decisions that are terrible. It really is terrible that Celebrity links the pay for staff to NPS.

Yeah we had the same thing. We cruised in Feb of this year and spent a bit in the casino (we didnt loose all that much, but overall money wagered was a bit). We have started getting the offers too. We are actually taking one in March of next year. We will see how it goes. 🙂

I am confused on why everyone is saying the Martini Bar Martinis are $17? Looking at the app they are $13 + Gratuity. I am sailing on Reflection next March.

I know a lot of us are pretty upset regarding the changes that Celebrity has made over the past few months. One of the ways suggested to provide feedback is to fill out the After Cruise Questionnaire. A concern I have with that is that negative ratings can hurt the workers.
Do we know what specific questions effect the workers and which questions don't? Maybe if we rate the items that don't directly effect the workers low it will show that we still value the workers, but are upset with what they have done.

You would think they would update their website 2/28 isn’t that far off
We are on a cruise starting this Friday and were not updated until the middle of last month that we had to have a test. We ordered some of the approved at home tests prior though expecting the testing requirement would hold.

I would love to hear you had for a sommelier. We will be on the cruise right after you and want to get a good sommelier. We always dine in the MDR and the staff really do make a huge difference in the experience.
Thank you for your great detail!

I am excited to hear more about your trip. My Hubbie and I will be on the Reflection the day that you depart. We have been on the ship 2 times and the last time was 2 years ago. We will be celebrating our 5 year anniversary. I cant wait to hear how your trip goes and hear of any things we "have to do" while we are on the ship! I also look forward to hearing what wines you enjoy while on the ship. I would love to know who your sommelier is and if they do a great job, as I have found they make a huge difference in your dinner wine experience.
Warm Regards,
Steph

You could also take screenshots of your Xpress pass on your phone so you have them just incase the app is giving you issues. A good way to keep things paperless, but also cover yourself. 🙂

What cruise will you be on. We are on the March 2nd cruise and have a 6pm time slot and want a anytime slot. We dont do early dining. if you are on the same sailing maybe we can speak to a concierge and switch our "reservations" if you would like.

My husband and I will be leaving on Celebrity Reflection March 2, 2018. What type of power outlets are you allowed to bring to give you more outlets? I see on the website they dont allow extension chords. What have you brought on that you havent had an issue with in the cabin?
Thank you for your advise.

Here you can see the difference between the classic, premium and non-alcoholic packages. Hopefully that helps a little.
