Where does everyone buy their own travel insurance of you don't buy off the ship?

The problem with port parking is they could not get the people off the boat fast enough for us to park there. They finally sent us to another parking garage and did provide transportation back to the port and then back to parking garage when we got back. This was in July 2018.

What is the best service to use for transfer from Houston Fairfield inn by airport? Besides RCL?
