On harmony now and just booked explore for Jan 2025 with amazing itineraries 

Harmony is beautiful ship but no enforce ment at all in solarium and diapers in hot tubs

site has crashed- prices are all over the place

not true- once redeemed and not applied there is no refund on points

tried to cash in and found out it only works on regular priced cruises so it was no benefit for us

what a waste of points on my end but i will still play the game-we love it and know for next time

we had two cruises on rccl booked in jan 2020 and due to covid  they were moved to jan 2022. then aug 1 2021 rccl cancels both cruises. we had insurance on both and wanted it refunded. what a nightmare- i first tried the travel agent and they push me off to insurance company directly. what a rude nasty lady saying the insurance is for you and partner not the cruise line. i reply yes but the CRUSIE LINE now cancelled both cruises so i have insurance polices with no boat to use them on. i did nothing wrong here .

then tried credit card company after two months of back and forth paper work and endless phone calls -they now say its too old to dispute since it was purchased in 2020 and you only have a year to dispute. really are you kidding.  so the power of the pen kicks in for me i send a scathing email to both the head of travel agency and credit card company. finally they give me the bull @@@@ line as a one time courtesy- NO - i paid for a service and you did not supply it.  finally got two checks from insurance company. never again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

both our jan 2022 cruises were cancelled- vision 1/3 and radience-1/21 all in an email a few days ago.

now have to cancel air/parking/hotel to see if a credit or refund can be had. 

 fcc is useless with the short window to rebook

going to take a break from cruising now and hopefully things get better.

just got email from rccl both our jan 2022 cruises-  jan 3 on vision and jan 21 on radience have been cancelled- wow this really sucks

now have to cancel air/hotel/parking and on board perks for this

not going for fcc since has to be booked by 4/22 and cruise by 9/22-too short of a time frame for us since both of these were for jan 2020.

better to be safe than sorry- going to take a break until things get better

we always book on board to get the lower deposit or perks. but this has changed recently. do your home work prior to going to next cruise office. we booked an 11 nite cruise on board and only got $100 obc. then transferred the cruise to my travel agent and he said if you give up the obc i can reduce the price by $600. DONE!!!!

call specials needs dept and discuss with them your issues- we always book a handicap room as we have a scooter  but with your issues I don't see a problem. they are always very helpful there

we are on the empress -oct 29-under the casino rate also and yes free drinks while gambling in the casino only. you have to see casino host to activate this offer- this is what I was told by casino royale rep on the phone.

i had the same problem on rccl- as long as you kept a copy of the gift card/certificate- there is no problem other than the wait. it took more then a month to post a $50 holiday gift for my cruise.

we were invited to join club royale by email. they gave us $200 off the cruise and $15 per day play money. so we replied and booked a nov cruise.

then a few months later got another email to join with $350 off the cruise and $75 per day play. said it for new bookings. so I called and was on hold over 35 minutes but for that money it was worth the wait.

they honored the new offer and offered my partner $10 in play per day as a bonus. yes the new program changes march 2016 and she said the cash bonus you earn must be used by feb 2016 or you lose it. she explained everything-very helpful.

just off the independence last week and yes the shrimp cocktail was removed from the dinner menu. also lobster night it did not come with any shrimp either-

we were on the vision 5 day cruise in sept 14 and it was a perfect cruise for the six of us. we did have some cabin door lock issues but that was it. the food was fine the ports were good and no issues or problems were observed.

we even re booked the vision for jan 15 in 2 weeks- its a great small ship.

just came back from a short celebrity cruise in feb 2014 and bought one rccl and one celebrity ncc. the agent told me changes were coming but this just makes them worthless. if you book on board you better do your homework and find your cruise to benefit from the bonus.
